Cuando llegamos no tenian disponible la habitación que reservamos, nos hicieron pagar más. La habitación que nos dieron olía a orina y estaba muy sucia, el olor era tan imundo que no logramos dormir. Al día siguiente, nos cambiaron de habitación. Estuvimos 7 días, nunca hicieron aseo a la habitación, nunca nos quisieron dar toallas limpias y los utensilios de la cocina nunca estuvieron disponibles. OJO: este hotel NO ofrece desayuno, en la mañana solamente hay una barra de café y un muffin que ademas estaba mohoso. Regalado es caro este sitio.

I really dont recommend to stay at this hotel because: CONS: - rooms smells very bad. -breakfast is only bread and jelly.(they offer continental but not true) -electronics dont work as expected and are very old. -kitchen is not fully equipped, no forks/ knife etc for example -hotel is very dirty -Wifi is very slow PRO: - location is not bad

Muy sucio. El mal olor que sale de todo el hotel es exagerado. Nunca me dijeron que NO hacían limpieza. En las noches salían cucarachas del lavamanos y cocina. Estuve 6 días y jamás me hicieron la limpieza ni la cama ni nada. No lo recomiendo. Muy sucio.

El hotel está bien ubicado, el personal es muy atento y servicial pero sus instalaciones son viejas, los muebles del baño se están callendo tienen cucarachas, el hotel no brinda servicios de limpieza de habitación, el piso d la habitación esta en malas condiciones, el servicio de desayuno es muy malo no cuenta con variedad y calidad en comida, lamentablemente mi familia no tuvo una buena experiencia en su estadía

Personal no habla español. Perfecto para estadias cortas y visitar los parques. Un poco alejado del international drive. Pero el area es tranquila y prefecta para descansar. Se puede comprar comida y preparar en la habitacion. La TV cable solo hay un canal en español que solo dan novelas y deportes especialmente liga MX. Los demas canales son en ingles sin subtitulos ni SAP. Algunas personas se quejan de que no hacen la limpieza diaria pero para nosotros que solo somos 2 y nos agrada la privacidad es perfecto ya que nadie entra en la habitacion en nuestra ausencia. Es un hotel seguro y tranquilo.

La peor experiencia, luego de un check in normal empieza la pesadilla, el hotel huele horrible, las habitaciones sucias, el baño aún tenía el jabón usado por otro huésped, con sus vellos íntimos pegados...etx

En general bien para el precio, sin embargo deben mejorar, algunas áreas están muy deterioradas, pero en cuanto al precio está bien, nos quedamos 4 noches y no limpiaron ni sacaron la basura... Pésimo en eso

Espera lo que pagues.
Nunca limpiaron en la estadía de 6 días. Ni bueno ni malo, es más creo que debería ser un poco más económico. Lo salva la zona donde esta ubicado que es super tranquila. El desayuno es puro dulce y jugo de naranja.
