The staff were friendly. The room was musty, had very dated fixtures and furnishings, and was not cleaned thoroughly. For the price it was pretty much a good place to stay.

Someone knocked on my door at 11:30pm. As near as I could tell, their weren't very many other customers that night, so it may have been an intruder. The property has no elevator making it hard for a senior to get upstairs to the second floor. THERE WAS NO ADVERTISING TO STATE THERE WAS NO ELEVATOR.

My wife and I stayed in the sweat with the jacuzzi tub. The bathroom was small and outdated, had to fix the toilet multiple times. The jacuzzi tub mirrors needed to be replaced looked horrible. Couch was tourn and tattered needed to be replaced. The cleaning staff never came by and replaced towels gave up on them and got new towels myself. Over priced for no more than what the room was along with the service. Felt like the staff spent more time on there phones then doing there jobs. If your in a pinch for a room its ok other than that don't bother.

It was okay. The dressers in the room were broke and the shower handle as well. Maintenence fixed it but i didnt love that it came off. The pool was also down and it was the entire reason we chose this hotel.

The property was clean and we felt safe. The staff was very nice. Had a good breakfast. You can make your own waffles, and they are good. The only reason I gave only 4 stars was the bed was hard. I have a bad back and a firm bed makes it very difficult for me. Otherwise good stay.

We didn’t even get to stay there because our room wasn’t ready. Staff was horrible to us. We needed to check in early and called to confirm we could check in at one and when we got there they wouldn’t let us check in until after 3.

Staff was kind. First room toilet would not flush. Both room showers where filthy with hair and soap scum. Second room, had an adjoining room, and I could see the light under the door. The couch was torn, there was a chemical stench throughout the hotel, and the walls had many poorly patched holes.

There was water all over the bathroom floor. A non-English speaking person mopped it up, and nothing more was done; no one came to check to see why the water was there. The sink faucet goes to either hot or steaming hot - no cold. The rooms around us create an incredible amount of noise. If we hadn't already paid, we would have gone elsewhere. This is not what we expected from a Wyndham property. :(

The bed sheets were dirty, and after several hours of waiting, I just made the bed myself. The sink area was full of old food and the wall and outlet were filthy. The sheets that I had just gotten from housekeeping smelled like fried food and cigarettes. Will not stay there again.
