Lots of doors, front doors to lobby, bathroom door in room didnt latch. Elevator was slow and noisy. Breakfast sausage was extremely greasy. Gravy lacked flavor. Buffet area was dirty and not monitored regularly

It was very nice- very clean- perfect spot for having our pet with us. It was unfortunate the hot water tank blew from froze pipes, they had it fixed as soon as possible. Other than that I would and will recommend this Red Roof Inn

We stay at Red Roof Inns a lot but have never stayed at a property so run down. It didn’t feel clean the faucet was broken, the bath was leaking and the mattress was uncomfortable. We didn’t have a good night sleep. Dog area was not good, out of dog bags. Breakfast just so so. I did like the wood floors. We will not stay there again.

The floor in my room slants greatly. I also wish the smoking section was not right outside the front entrance. It is disgusting that I have to walk directly through people smoking just to go inside and outside the hotel.

Typical, middle=of-the-road hotel. I chose to stay here at a higher rate than other hotels for the included breakfast and an indoor pool. The pool needs updated/repainted for sure and the hot tub was broken. :-( The breakfast was okay but they kept running out of hot items (biscuits, gravy, sausage), and we had to track someone down to refill. The coffee was always empty. The room was okay. Beware the water temps are opposite of what's indicated (hot shows cold, cold shows hot). We found a sweatshirt from a previous guest right under the edge of the bed, not under the bed. I don't know how a housekeeper could have missed it.

Get what you paid for.
Honestly better than what I expected. It’s not the 5 star hotel but hey for a 2 star hotel you can’t complain. We brought our dog he was happy. The breakfast was actually pretty good. Located on a quiet street it’s a mile away from the public beach. For the bad the tv mount was broke. And the bathroom door didn’t close. Honestly whoever remodeled the place did a terrible job. But the staff is great pool was clean beds are uncomfortable but overall you get what you paid for

The bed was very comfortable, and I would stay again for that reason alone. The room was clean but there was a large bump on our room on the floor that ran from wall to wall. The room was also uphill in certain areas- as if the 3rd floor has structure issues. It smelt bad upon entry. The worst part was how small the bathroom was. It was built just wide enough to close the door in front of the toilet but not an inch more

While my room was reasonably priced, the TV didn't work and there was no outlet anywhere near the desk to facilitate working with a laptop. The toilet seat was also broken. The staff was friendly, which is a point in their favor.

Hot tub didnt work!! Pool horrible!! And the door in out bathroom drug the floor every time you went to shut it. The staff was great!! Place was clean! A plus! Breakfast horrible, everything was empty whe we came to eat. I would not recommend this place to no body.

We stayed for one night. The website said they have cribs and infant beds available. Upon check in I asked about a crib and he said he would try to find one, they had to get rid of most of them due to being damaged. Well I chose this hotel because it said they had them, but assuming none available since he never brought one. Beds were uncomfortable and repairs were needed all over the room. Breakfast was decent and clean. Definitely needs updates and remodeled.

About my stay
The room itself would have been ok if it wasn't musty smelling which the front desk didn't seem to care about, also they should put updated tv channels guides in the rooms. Breakfast was just fair. I have never seen gravy served without biscuits and no milk for the cereal for over an hour.

We ended up refusing to stay at this property after viewing the dirt/grime on the rough looking front doors and pool area. There was broken down hot tub. It was the kind of hot tub you would find in someone's back yard that was simply set up in the pool area. There was blood or something similar in color splattered near the top of the door leading into the pool. We decided to cancel our reservation before ever seeing a room. The staff person at the front desk didn't greet or acknowledge us when we entered the hotel and then didn't stand up and talk to us when we explained we were refusing our reservation after seeing the dirt on the front doors and pool areas. He did say he would let his manager know why we were canceling our reservation though.

The room itself was ok, the bed was good and was clean . Outside had trash along the building. The doors to the lobby were very dirty and haven't been painted in years. The lobby was clean , the staff was friendly . Breakfast was a no ,we went elsewhere. Wont stay again
