El encargado de esa noche fue muy grosero. Estabamos viendo la tele en el lobby y nomas nos estaba vigilando aver que haciamos y de mala forma nos decia. Que teniamos que poner todo como estaba incluyendo las silla y no nos dejo utilizar el bote de basura para limpiar.

The hotel was very clean. Pool area was quiet and not busy the entire weekend. Pool water itself was a little cloudy. Breakfast was good and included. Had many options for hot/cold food options. Would definitely stay here again

Excellent except for two things. The breakfast bar on the second day didn't open until 7:30 which was a big inconvenience, and the rooms are smaller than expected for a "suite."

The gal who does the breakfasts is wonderful and does a great job. All the staff were nice. Comfy beds, nice breakfast and even a happy hour in the evening a few nights a week. How nice!

Location was convenient to everything,clean quiet comfortable room. I do wish breakfast started a little earlier on Sunday than it did (7:30).But all in all I would recommend it .

Best experience I have had in a long time! Staff were very nice and the place was clean! Kids loved the pool and breakfast was pretty good. Would stay again

I would give five stars but the water pressure in the shower is really bad and house keeping didn't empty the dishwasher or clean the coffee maker. Other than that A .

Had no water to shower or brush my teeth on my second morning. Unfortunately it was a day I had a presentation so I was a hot mess.

We did not have a good stay on this property. At check in there was dog poop all over the front lobby as you walked in. Our room was not cleaned appropriately. Surfaces were not wiped down on the counters, small wrappers left on the floor. Overall you could just tell it was not cleaned thoroughly. The heating unit in the wall was also very loud. In the morning the water to the building completely stopped working. One of the towels in our bathroom had black curly hairs in it as well. We do not plan to return.

Great Price, Great Experience
The overall experience was worth the price! The check - in went smoothly and the room was nice. The staff was also very friendly. The only “issues” were how loud the air conditioner was and the breakfast. (First World problems) The air conditioner was laughably loud, seriously it made us laugh. My husband and I and three friends shared a room on our road trip back from Breckenridge. The A/C was so loud (atleast on the second floor) we all almost weren’t able to sleep. The second ‘issue’ was mostly an inconvenience. Breakfast is posted to be from 0630 to around 9 I believe. Since we are driving another 10 hours we decided to promptly get up at 6 am to get breakfast and leave immediately. The employee was leisurely putting out the food around 0645 which delayed us a bit. I wouldn’t say that is a major inconvenience or even problem, just be aware (or plan) for a slightly later breakfast if you’re on a tight schedule. Overall, I can’t really complain, it’s an affordable and reasonable price for a wonderful hotel. Definitely recommend.
