Its weak points are cleanliness (terrible!), very dirty carpets and dirty bathrooms (lots of hair). Breakfast is not enough for all guests (that's lack of coordination, number of guests vs. amount of food).”

“The location was perfect for three fly fishing guides who had clients booked for the weekend. Mid-way between Wedding of the Waters for put-in and the State Park for take-out, we found ourselves in the middle of a blizzard the second day on the water. We were able to pull up to the bank of the rental and cut the trip short per client's request. JR went above and beyond and is such a nice guy. Will be staying here again for sure.”

It was very clean, but noticeably a bit older- The front door did not feel very secure while locked, but then- we were in Thermopolis and I wasn't concerned. “An older home with appropriate decorations. Older does not mean bad. It is well maintained, very cozy and comfortable, easy access to town. I would recommend it to any small group and would gladly stay there again. Off street parking and a nice yard.”

“We loved this place. It was quiet and close to downtown restaurants and not far from Hot Springs State Park. It was a good place to walk our dog. There were a few problems that can be quickly remedied: the back yard is full of stickers, the carpet is stained, and the front blind is broken. The place was otherwise very clean. We would rent it again!”

We had been instructed to not use the awning, - so there was no place to sit outside other than the sun until the sun started to set and a small amount of shade came.
