“Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay at Villa Blu! Very lovely accommodations and hosts. The house is brand new, nicely appointed with everything you will need for your stay. The outdoor space/pool are a nice retreat from the beach which is an easy walking distance away. The hosts were very responsive, answered our questions in a timely manner (both before and during our stay), and provided a useful guide to use during our stay. Thank you Gianpaolo and Vittoria! “The property is as advertised and as shown in the listing. The outside porch is the star attraction with its view of the bay and the city, and very comfortable seating. It was spacious and comfortable and we all (group of 4) enjoyed our stay. The host was gracious and informative giving us a long list of restaurants and food stores, many of which we tried and found up to his recommendation. He also responded quickly when we had a drainage problem in one shower. However that same shower showed...

“Property was huge with lots of room - bathrooms good size but showers are quite small Bedrooms good size with comfortable beds Mondello can get windy so there is a lot of "natural" noises from the wind (and shutters can bang) Lovely terraces. “Great 4 bedroom home in Mondello with a great seaside terrace view. The home offers 2 bathrooms, nice living/dinning room area, adequate kitchen and washer. The terraced outside space was lovely and enjoyed all day. There are a series of stairs to navigate from the street level to the home. There is another home owned by a family member directly underneath and was rented out for the weekend we stayed. Both homes share the garden and the terraced sea access. “Magnificent place! Mauro personally welcomed us into his family home with ease and attention. The house was great for our family visit. Our one year old son also had his own “pack&play” crib set up for our arrival. Beds were comfortable. Swimming pool was a great treat to have in the hot summer days. The views from the rooftop were stunning both in the day time as well as in the evening. We hope to stay here again when we come back next time.”

“La ubicación es muy práctica, a pocos minutos del centro histórico y enfrente de la estación de tren y autobuses, que te conectan con el aeropuerto y otras ciudades. El personal muy amable. El edificio muy limpio, aunque algo anticuada la decoración. Precio competitivo”

“Great location and view to the sea. Facilities were still in construction but overall excellent customer service and breakfast. Rooms were clean and big. Amazing pool next to the beach. The only thing that I would improve is the bar. They need to have something close to the pool were customers can relax and get service right there. Other than that will come back. ”
