My husband and I loved every minute of our stay at The Spring Resort! I've never felt so relaxed and serene--the mineral pools truly are magical. The saunas, poolside lounge chairs and free breakfast were also great. The small size of the property was also unexpectedly delightful, because it felt very private. It's almost like a super luxe AirBnb that you are sharing with a small group of (very nice) strangers. We hope to go back soon!

The tranquil atmosphere and beautiful landscaping. The mineral pools were amazing as well as the relaxing massage. I didn’t like the amount of wind during our stay.

My new get away
My husband and I had to make a last minute reservation for a one night stay. Wow we found a gem! Next time we'll stay much much longer. Clean, friendly, lots of fresh fruit in the morning....just beautiful overall serenity.

Adults only is a benefit. The property is very small so at times it can still feel crowded, even though there aren’t many rooms. Walls are thin so it’s possible to hear a snoring neighbor.

This review is for room 1
Getting to the resort & walking in makes you feel zen. Their shop sells crystals, jewelry and some skincare products. They have two saunas, 3 mineral pools at different temperatures as well as body services like massages. It’s a beautiful, clean property when you get there. My issues lied more with our room. We booked a king bed, with private soaking tub and a kitchen. The soaking tub was my favorite and was put to use my entire stay. Now for the cons.. we booked a kitchen specifically so we could make some our own Meals throughout the day but the stove doesn’t work. When turning the knobs to turn the stove on, you could smell the gas but no flames on any of the four burners. I was scared to just use a match to turn the burner on because it smelled so much of gas it felt like I was going to blow us up. Another major con was the bathroom door doesn’t close! It’s actually too big for the door space so I had to use the cabinet door to keep the door semi closed. The radio thing in the room is also hard to navigate because the volume button is wacky and when you try to lower the volume it will sporadically raise then drop and raise again. The A/C is to remain at 76 degrees. They shut off the water and told us it would only be for 15 minutes but it was actually shut off for about an hour and a half before we just decided to leave. The walk way towards room 1 is a bit of a hassle if it’s busy and there’s lots of people you need to squeeze by& not fall in the pool

I’ve been here atleast a half a dozen times & always enjoy my stay. I’ve been a little disappointed the last two times because some things are breaking & are not being repaired. IE: Sauna use to let you put water over the rocks for added heat & moisture but no longer. And there’s a water feature outside the massage house that is broke & just lying on its side. If it were standing up it would be easier on the eyes. But again, I always enjoy my stay.

If you’re looking for the ultimate reset from work or stress, this is exactly where you can do it! The Spring Resort and Spa encourages tranquility and the amenities are great! Mineral water pools, breakfast included, friendly staff are among what you will find in this beautiful desert oasis! My partner and I could not have chosen a better spot for our anniversary!

I really enjoyed my stay. The only thing I didn’t like was the continental breakfast. It was out later then stated and there were hardly any options. They had boiled eggs, yogurt, cereal, and fruit. Being that out of all the options I could only eat fruit. I was hoping to at least have a bagel. But that’s my only complaint.

If you find yourself past this time next time feel free to come to the lobby, we would be more the excited to help you grab something extra. We do not carry bagels however we have a wonderful nut grain and sprouted breads available. It would be our pleasure.

The property is beautiful. The rooms are large and clean (at least mine was). Poolm Jacuzzi, saunas and not crowded at all." Adults only" in this context means there are no kids and the place is very quiet. Clearly designed for adults who need to unwind. The place is 20 mins from downtown and there is nothing interesting within a 15 mins driving radius, with the exception of Cabot's Pueblo Museum which is walking distance and I recommend it. Once you make it downtown there are many food options. If too hot you can drive 30mins and take the tramway to Mount Jacinto. I highly recommend it. If available, ask for the suite instead of the regular room.

Quiet property. Nice touches in the room like the CD/record player and provided music, soap rock and baskets for storage. Liked the various spa areas and that it wasn't crowded.

Who are the raters?
I'm not sure where to begin and cannot believe this has a rating of 9.2 out of 10. There's no chance it deserves that score. Overall, this place needs a lot of help. Overpriced massages, price dig - we are talking $150+ just to start for the basic. 30 minutes away from anything worth eating at. No television in the room, regardless if one desired to watch it or not. Tiny bathroom, as in oneself needs to turn and pivot in order to close the door. Huge kitchen... ummm I'm not cooking on vacation. It reminded me of a place not to turn on the stove or heater fearing a gas leak. Small indoor pool. Large outdoor pool. Jacuzzi and sauna. The pictures online fooled me and got me good. Avoid.

Hello Andrew, We are sorry to read that your stay was not up to the level of expectation. We did not see that you let us know these challenges while staying with us, we always love the opportunity to fix anything and everything that we can. We are sorry for the restaurant selections in the city, and our lack of TV. We do have 2 offsite villas that have television availability however you are correct we are a whisper tone unplug and rest location so all rooms on property are without phone and television. I can assure you all gas items we provide in the rooms are 100% safe you should not feel uncomfortable using them. We hope for another opportunity in the future to see you again.
