Estratégico
La ubicación es estratégica para nosotros, ya que estuvimos haciendo recorrido no solo en la ciudad. Lo único es que no tienen aire acondicionado en las áreas comunes de las habitaciones. Del resto, el personal fue muy amable y atento.

Tuve una situacion en la que deje mi IPAD en la habitacion y solo lo supe al llegar a mi casa. Al llamar al Hotel me dijeron que revisarian y a los minutos me regresaron la llamada diciendo que la habian encontrado y que harian los arreglos para enviarla. Aunque tardo unos dias, la recibi. Agradezco a Sandra, Brat y Jennine por la ayuda. Sin duda puedo recomendar este hotel.

La gerente de comporto pésima pidiendo me in identificación válida de Estados Unidos entonces yo le dije que tenía pasaporte que era válido por el consulado mexicano y que el gobierno de usa lo valía y la gerente me hizo gestos moviendo la cabeza enojada de tanto insistir me ella no tenía de otra manera más que darme mi reservación

Carpet and bathroom old and dirty. Elevator the same very dirty. I will not recommend this hotel.

On my second night i started seeing roaches in my room. told the front desk said they would send someone to clean it didnt even switched my room. I left all day came back and it had only gotten worse called the front desk again and their solution was to practically kick me out in the middle of the night and only offered a refund for the last night. I will never book here again.

We had a little issue with first room that was given but after talking with Jes in the front office we were able to get the room situation corrected and it was a wonderful stay and we will be back.

First of all the room was not cleaned completely, the bathroom sink had long hair inside of it and there were not enough towels or toilet paper not until our last night. Room service never made the bed back up but I guess that’s their rule. The toilet itself was very low considering this is a modern style hotel so unless you like doing squats this is not for you. The walls are thin and you can hear everything!!

The property is well kept, the rooms are spacious and very clean, and the staff are truly amazing in the attention and service. I stayed for an extended period at the hotel after my wife was admitted to the hospital following a serious accident. The staff were so gracious, kind, and accommodating. Shayla, Ashley, and Jackson along with the rest of the staff not only made me feel like a valued customer, they made me feel like family. Their tremendous support and personal attention during my stay was a bright spot in a very difficult time. I thank them all.

This Laquinta hotel was amazing. Staff very friendly and helpful thanks to the customer service reps at the front desk. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely stay here when I am in town.

Staff was friendly and outgoing. Property was clean. I didn't like the fact that they were letting some people smoke marijuana on the property. Signs are clearly marked that it is prohibited. Also it is against the law to smoke marijuana. If you have a medical card for it it is still illegal to smoke it in public places.

We checked in but never got to the room to stay. Hotel had not hot water so we checked out and changed to a different hotel. Not their fault, but it was one’s of the coldest nights of the year in Florida.

We apologize, but we cannot control some things that happen unexpectedly. Plumbers have to be called, parts ordered, etc. There is no magic fix just because we are a hotel.

Rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. the staff was beyond amazing. The price was very affordable. The staff members were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good too. we had several rooms because of a memorial for my dad. Some family members had never stayed at a La Quinta but said they will now. They were extremely happy and impressed by the hospitality. I can’t thank them enough.

We apologize, but we cannot control plumbing leaks that are unexpected. Plumbers have to be called, parts have to be ordered, etc.
