Muy bueno!
Muy bien ubicado, a unos minutos a pie de la Torre Eiffel, los cuartos son bastante cómodos y grandes sin ruido externo. La atención desde que llegamos fue muy buena y amable desde el inicio hasta el final. Al frente y al costado se tiene un par de restaurantes muy ricos y algo económicos

Imposible mejor elección
Buscaba un lugar en Paris que estuviera central y ojalá con cocina porque iba con mi hija de 4 años. Después de mucho buscar me decidí por Citadines en Trocadero. Fue la mejor elección. La habitación impecable, de un tamaño perfecto, baño normal y con una gran terraza que hasta veia la punta de la torre Torre Eiffel. La atención excelente. Con un Carrefour al frente casi y 3 lineas de metro muy cerca. Calles sin muchos turistas, lo que le da más encanto, pero a la vez, al lado de la torre Torre Eiffel y a pocas cuadras del arco de triunfo. Sin duda volveré!

EXCELENTE UBICACION, ATENCION CON EL ASEO
La ubicación del hotel es excelente! A unos metros de la Torre Eiffel. Algunas habitaciones dobles un poco pequeñas para ser dobles (no cabían las maletas) El servicio correcto. Lo que sí, ES MUY IMPORTANTE se indique claramente en el sitio de reserva que en este hotel NO HACEN EL ASEO DE LA HABITACION DIARIO, es su política, sólo aplica para huéspedes que se alojen más de 8 días!!! Si se requiere el servicio hay que pagar un extra de 15 euros por habitación. Cómo explicar a un grupo de huéspedes que llega totalmente agotado en la noche al hotel a descansar, que sus habitaciones, y sobre todo los baños de las mismas, están tal cual las dejaron en la mañana al salir??? A tomar muy en cuenta. Por lo demás muy bien. Ahhh el restaurante italiano que es vecino del hotel excelente!

Excelente ubicación, además muy cómodo por tener separada la habitación doble de la zona del sofá cama, además al tener kitchenette permite hacer algunas comidas en casa. Todo funcionó impecable, muy buen servicio. A pocas cuadras de la estación Boissiere. Recomendado!

mala habitación y limpieza inadecuada
Me alojaron en una habitación en la planta baja rodeada del cuarto de basuras, de las escaleras al parking y de los cuartos de baño generales. La limpieza dejaba mucho que desear. Con decirle que encontramos en la habitación una sábana bastante manchada queda todo dicho. Solicitamos previo pago una limpieza el sábado, por la que nos cobraron un plus de treinta euros..

el hotel tiene una excelente ubicacion, a 1 cuadra y media de la torre eifel y de un metro, tiene a la vuelta del hotel supermecados, restaurantes, farmacia, todo lo que necesites, lo unico malo es que el hotel no esta como te ponen en las imagenes, el estudio es una cama con una mesa su cocineta y el baño super chico, y en la imagen se ve mas grande lo cual no es cierto, el personal del hotel muy atento y servicial, tienes una maquina de cafe y te a tu disposicion en el lobby las 24 hrs, si regresaria a este hotel aun sabiendo que no es lo que te ponen en las imagenes.

habitacion 2 adultos y 2 niños
El hotel está bastante bien, aunque en España por ese precio encuentras mucho mejores. Reservamos una habitación para 2 adultos y 2 niños y esta bien, porque el salón con la cama doble supletoria está separado de la habitación principal. y tiene una pequeña cocina para poder desayunar en la habitación y no salir a un bar con los niños, ya que en Paris hay sitios donde no les dejan entrar.

After searching for the right location we booked this hotel. It was a perfect location close to Trocerdero Square, great facilities, tea and coffee available. Single sofa beds which was great. Comfy bed, Would definitely recommend Perfect for families

Odors in the room were terrible from neighbouring guests cooking fried food, smoking cigarettes. Made staying in the room a bad experience. Absolutely no amenities or services were given, no changing of the trash, toilet paper, no house keeping at all. Not recommended.

Next time, feel free to reach the Front Desk which is open 24 hours.Citadines Trocadero is an apart'hotel : the list of flexible services is available on every booking site. As you stayed six nights with us, you had one included cleaning, scheduled in the middle of the stay. If other cleanings had been asked to the Front Desk, they would have been charged. But our records do not show any request. Toilet paper can be found, free of charge, in a confort corner located on the 5th floor. The information is delivered upon check-in and reminded inside every unit.Regards,

Great hotel, location, service, and breakfast!
This is a great hotel that balances price, location, and amenities. If you like walking, you can reach all of the things in Paris in less than an hour. I really enjoyed the location, and spent my first night walking to the Eiffel, the Lourve at night (I really enjoy the light coming from the pyramids), and the Avenue. The service here is really amazing, and the room even has a small kitchen if you are into doing your own cooking. There is also a great small grocery store just across the street. I thought the bed was very comfortable, and the temperature in the room could be controlled quite accurately. Also, they have a great breakfast in the morning for either 10 Euros or included (I didn't partake), but the spread was really wonderful. Had to include a picture of the Nutella canister with electric pump just for my own memories. Highly recommend this hotel.
