Nous nous excusons pour les problèmes d'insonorisation que vous avez eus pendant votre séjour. A Paris, l'espace des bâtiments est vraiment limité, donc même si nous essayons de fournir une certaine insonorisation, il y aura toujours des bruits qui circuleront. Nous avons également pris en compte votre commentaire concernant le chauffage dans les toilettes, nous en sommes désolés et nous travaillons sur une solution, pour votre prochain séjour, vous pouvez demander un changement de chambre si ce problème vous affecte car toutes les chambres ne sont pas concernées. Concernant les travaux de voirie à proximité de l'hôtel, ils sont bientôt terminés et sont moins problématiques maintenant. Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez aimé le reste de notre établissement et nous espérons pouvoir vous accueillir à nouveau lors de votre prochain séjour.Bien cordialement,
