El hotel lo mantienen limpio y conservado. Tiene una muy buena proporción entre el costo y lo que ofrece. Sin embargo, su verdadero plus es la atención y amabilidad de su personal. Te hacen sentir en casa. Quiero hacer especial reconocimiento a la atención y calidez de Maurice.

Excelente servicio d la chica que esta en la mañana, pero elel chico q esta por las noches le solicite un taxi a las 5.15 y cuando baje me dijo q no hania que hasta las 5.35 de menos me hubiera avisado para veridicar mi tiempo ademas allí tienen el precio del taxi y nos cobraron mas

La peor experiencia de mi vid
Nunca tuve una peor experiencia en un hotel como en esta oportunidad. El hotel , más que hotel parece una pensión. La habitación es diminuta, a tal nivel que en la cama no cabe una persona alta. Las maletas no caben, olor a humedad , viejo. La recepción huele pésimo. Ducha fría. Tuve que cambiarme de hotel y perder USD $ 1.000 que no recuperé ,ya que el hotel no accedió a pesar de haber reconocido las faltas de este. Para mi es publicidad engañosa. Hoteles.com tampoco se hizo responsable , lo que me parece insólito , ya que ellos son los que publicitan este hotel. Esperé para hacer este comentario con el fin de ser objetiva una vez pasado el mal rato , ya que con rabia se pierde la objetividad. Ahora que ya regresé de mi viaje , sigo pensando exactamente lo mismo. No lo recomiendo, no pierdan su plata. Cerca hay muchos y mejores hoteles , incluso más económicos pero que si cumplen con lo que ofrecen.

Muy agradable y cómodo a 10 minutos a pie de la Torre Eiffel y de restaurantes, cafés y tiendas de autoservicio y souvenirs. El personal del hotel muy amable y servicial, nos apoyaron en todo lo que necesitábamos Hablando español. El desayuno muy bien servido y rico . Las habitaciones limpias y ordenadas. Se siente un ambiente agradable y caluroso. Me gusto el lugar a pesar de ser muy pequeño.

Excelente ubicación. Hotel pequeño en edificio antiguo. Habitación triple en 2 pisos ok. Aire acondicionado no enfriaba mucho y hacía mucho calor. Muy buena atención del personal. Amables y serviciales.

Hotel agradable cerca del metro
El hotel esta cerca de la torre eiffel y a un paso del metro y hay un supermercado muy cerca, el personal es muy amable, el desayuno es bueno y cuesta 12 euros Contras. El area para desayunar es demasiado pequeña

BUENA CALIDAD EN EL SERVICIO Y SUS HABITACIONES.
Excelente, la calidad del servicio y la habitación en buenas condiciones. A pesar de su pequeña habitación, la misma es acogedora y muy agradable. Los felicito, porque a pesar de tener alfombras en la habitación se mantiene un buen servicio en la limpieza, no tiene el desagradable olor a cigarrillo como se sienten en la mayoría de los hoteles.

Hotel muy lindo , el desayuno del hotel nos agrado mucho ya que te ponen variedad de jugos, el pan es exquisito, café, te, quesos, jamón, yogurt y puedes ordenar que te hagan huevos al gusto, las habitaciones son muy limpias y por lo menos la que nos asignaron a nosotros estaba en el piso 1 justo en la esquina y tenía dos ventanas que daban a mal calle muy linda vista.Si regreso me hospedaría de nuevo en este hotel sin duda alguna.excelente ubicación tanto por la zona donde encuentras desde un súper, farmacias, locales comerciales de ropa souvenirs y restaurantes a la vuelta que por cierto recomiendo mucho a un señor que hace unas crepas fantásticas justo en un carrito afuera de su restaurante en donde también la comida es riquísima

Un hotel pequeño y familiar muy bien ubicado. La atención fue muy agradable y gentil, el personal siempre está muy dispuesto a ayudarte. La habitación (por lo menos, la que nos tocó) era pequeña aunque muy bien distribuida. Un plus importante es la ubicación. Volvería sin duda.

Fantastic staff! Very helpful with questions, kind and friendly. For price point and excellent location in an otherwise large capital, it’s quite a good deal especially with the helpful staff. Worked really well for our small family. It’s not advertising itself beyond its 3 star rating and so I think very fair — if not beats expectations. I definitely recommend!

Staff is amazing and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. They gave us a free upgrade to a nicer room with a bigger bathroom. We were super comfortable and breakfast was really good, especially the omelettes. Great location close to many restaurants and sites.

This is a great little hotel close to the walkable Rue Cler and the Ecole Militaire metro and bus lines. A short walk and one is close to the Eiffel Tower, Les Invalides, Rodin Museum, and other great places. The hotel itself is small, perhaps 15-20 rooms in total and with the exception of the "Junior Suite", all rooms are small compared to American standards. The rooms were also rather warm, and when we opened the windows, we could easily hear the cars and conversations from the road. Regardless, the staff was extremely pleasant, kept the facilities clean and safe, and most everyone spoke English well or very well. I enjoyed my stay and only wish I had a slightly larger area to accommodate my luggage. I think it is a better option for 1-2 nights versus our stay (8 nights) as there were no real dressers for storing our clothes and the suitcases took up a lot of prime real-estate. They offer a breakfast, but I walked around the corner to a bakery for fresh tradicion (traditional french bread) and coffee. Plus, there are several groceries stores within a 2-3 minute walk for other items (most places open at 0700, so early birds like me had to wait until then for coffee, which did not appear to be readily available in the hotel).

Excellent place to stay and the staff was amazing! The only reason properly and conditions received 4 stars is because the Junior Suite was not what we anticipated based off of the pictures. But it was awesome and we’d totally recommend.

Great Service!!
Lovely little hotel right on Rue Cler in the 7th. Front desk staff was super helpful and kind. She gave us multiple recommendations throughout our stay and had great English. Room is small, but you'd be hard pressed to find something this close to the Eiffel Tower any bigger without spending an extra boatload of money. Room may have been a little too warm, but this could have been avoided if I would have just asked how to use the HVAC remote. Overall, I would absolutely stay here again.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Seriously!!! Lovely free breakfast available that was super nice! You can't beat the location with endless restaurants and shopping options super walkable. The Eiffel tower is a short walk away and there is a metro entrance extremely close as well. The hotel has great style. Rooms are small, well laid out, but it's Paris! I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Overpriced for a noisy hotel of poor quality
Cheap quality, uncomfortable lumpy bed and wooden chair, hair dryer hard to use with a cord attached to the wall that was too short, loud fan in the bathroom that doesn’t turn off until 10 minutes after you turn off the light preventing me from going back to sleep easily in the middle of the night, tiny shower, loud hallways with patches of paint, noisy street, and I could hear everything my neighbors were doing next door. Will never stay here again and would not recommend. I paid $250 for a terrrible hotel.

I loved this hotel. I stayed with two other people and the room was roomy and comfortable. I will definitely stay here on my next visit to Paris. The Rue Cler is such a nice area to stay near.

It was so close to the Eiffel Tower you could pop out to see it several times a day/night if you wished. It was also right next to the subway and had plenty of lovely restaurants and a supermarket closeby. A very cute and charming hotel with absolutely lovely, welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. This is one of the best location for a stay in Paris. Nestled in a main street close to all local market and restaurants, few steps from the Metro- to feel and live like a true Parisian would. The amenities inside are the typical old school hotel in Paris but clean and well maintained. Staff Sophie from Front desk was very kind and helpful. Juafa, the all around hotel staff, was beyond wonderful and very hardworking! The only downside I can think of it no complimentary bottled water in the fridge but hey grocery store is just within a minute walk so not a big deal. All in all, it is a great stay- pricier than some but for the location- it isn’t too bad. Live and experience Paris.
