Bonito y acogedor
Es un sitio acogedor y limpio. Estuvimos muy a gusto. Volvería a reservarlo en el futuro. Reforma en rústico moderno muy bonita.

Personal agradable y atento. Buena ubicación. Desayuno OK calidad/precio. Falta de mantenimiento general. Mala conexión wifi. Paredes finas, se escucha todo. Mobiliario viejo. Solo té y calentador de agua, no dan café ni agua.

Personal amable, habitación diminuta.
El personal del hotel fue muy amable, buen servicio, pero el hotel es diminuto, en la habitación fue dificil estar por lo pequeño, no hay espacio para poner maletas o ropa. Parece ser un edificio viejo por lo que el elevador no mide mas de 1 metro cuadrado y las habitaciones, pasillos todo es muy reducido. El techo de la habitación esta creo a dos metros de altura. Buen WIFI

bien situado, la estancia a sido muy gratificante, muy buena acogida, la recepción muy amables y atentos. el desayuno, por poner un pero, algo de fruta, eso si, falta sacarina, pero nada particular. nos sorprendió gratamente, las habitaciones que tuvimos, estaban todas reformadas.

Acceso un tanto incómodo a la habitación ya que hay que abrir dos puertas para ingresar a ella, pasillo oscuro y al ingresar por primera vez se desconoce donde encender las luces. En si la habitación era pequeña pero para llegar a dormir está bien. El baño presentaba algunos signos de deterioro. Realizaron cambio de toallas todos los días según lo solicitado. El personal de la recepción muy amable y atento.

Sehr schönes kleines Hotel in zentraler Lage. Das freundlichste Hotelpersonal. Es war ein sehr toller Kurzurlaub. Nur ein Problem: man sollte sich einen Parkplatz im Parkhaus vorab reservieren. Die Suche mit einem großen Auto war schwierig, da das Parkhaus ausgebucht war. Aber sonst alle Sterne, merci

I do not recommend at all. If you don't want to ruin your Vacation in Paris, you don't reserve at this hotel. The room looks like a cave, little and badly ventilated. I reserved it because it said that it had air conditioning and does not have it, it only has heating; So if you go in summer, you will die of heat. The service in the front desk is horrible. At the reception we were received by a young man who wore a open jacket without a shirt showing his chest without a minimum decorum, he gave us very bad impression. I have never lived an equal situation. It was definitely horrible.

Hotel was a walking distance to most of the train stations. The staff were so friendly and approachable and they were willing to help with the directions. I guess the only thing that they could improve on is to put something in the toilet to stop the water from getting out after a shower. Otherwise our overall experience was good for what we paid for.

Il personale è davvero molto professionale, gentilissimo e disponibile. Tantissimi complimenti alla signora della reception: veramente molto simpatica e gentile. Purtroppo la zona non è per famiglie ma comunque è molto ben servita dai mezzi pubblici. L’Hotel è sufficientemente pulito e accogliente. Ci tornerei.

The staff was exceptional, always willing to go the extra mile. The rooms were bright with exceptional views. The area was beautiful and filled with restaurants, bars, cafes, and lots of pastry shops. I would return in a heart beat.

Warning, stay away
The hotell is sub-par on every level. Firstly there is no sign outside so it is hard to find it. Odd reception with some kind of flower portal, looked really tacky. The elevator was shady with barely working buttons. Our room was tiny, filthy and smelled of mold and sewege. The beds were not cleaned and we found hair and stains on the sheets. No ventilation, only an ac unit that was so dirty that we did not dare to turn it on. Bathroom window could not be closed, severe noise from surrounding roofs etc made it hard to sleep. Bathroom was horrific and super tiny, sink was barely hanging on, showerhead was broken. Decor from late 1980’s, room door hard to open (old school key in 2023!) We paid 240Eur for one night, no refunds. I would recommend everyone to AVOID this ”hotel” it is at best a 1-star, not anywhere close to the 3 stars it currently has.

Fantastic service but a tired hotel
Had a fantastic warm welcoming under my check in, bigger hotels could learn from that😊. The room size was okay for 3 and a short stay but the condition of beds was not good, they where to old and uncomfortable. The bathroom had a leaking sink we reported the first day but they did not succeed to fix it. That is maybe just the charme of choosing a small family hotel. The area is fantastic and authentic, easy access with train and metro. If the rooms are heightened in quality, then we will come back😊

The room was extremely small. You can’t sit on the toilet without heating your knee to the lavatory cabinet and can’t take a shower without hugging the shower curtain. No fridge or microwave. Good for short stay. Convenient access to subway and getting to main attractions in less than half an hour.

Great location and although the lobby looks dated the room actually is renovated and look pretty nice. This hotel was one of the cheapest for a family of 4 on our chosen date in a great location so I was nervous how small or run down the place could be. It was a pleasant surprised that the room was renovated and pretty comfortable with AC.
