Apartamento muy cuidado, moderno y todo al detalle. A 12-15minutos de Opera/Lafayette. Varios supermercados alrededor y restaurantes/cafeterías. Zona con muy buen ambiente. Personal muy amable.Estuvimos en el último piso y las vistas eran muy bonitas con ventanas velux en el techo. El apartamento disponía de todo, la cocina con cafetera tipo nespresso, limpiaban el apartamento a diario y nos dejaban café. La cocina también disponía de estropajo y jabón. En el baño había botes gradnes de jabón/crema etc. secador de pelo de alta potencia, tissues, algodones...La calefacción era por aire muy silenciosa al igual que el resto del apartamento. Calentaba muy rápido. Decoración exquisita. Había paraguas disponibles en el hall. Apartamento muy recomendable.

Fantastic!
Extrelemelly positive. Its a great concept for holidays with families to feel like home. The rooms are great, big and confortable. Ramarkable attention to the detail with all services available by phone which makes us forget there is no restaurant. The concierge/reception is also a great experience with kindness, support and being extremelly polite and helpfull something not common in Paris. Even my kids lived it!! The other Hotels in the Group in Paris and Saint Tropez are an experience to be done!! Thank you.

Aire acondicionado no funciono
Hotel que cuando llegamos , el aire acondicionado, no enfriaba, pasamos dos noches con mucho calor y no se podía abrir ventanas, por ruido de calle y olor a cigarrillo. Los canales de TV no tienen para ninos y los de deporte están bloqueados Camas confortables y siempre bueno el café , que ponían todos los días, buena ubicación cerca de dos lineas del metro

Perfecto!!
El departamento estuvo perfecto, amplio con una habitación separada, baño moderno y amplio y con una cocina perfectamente equipada. La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, cerca de todo pero en un barrio q te permite vivir el verdadero París lejos de turistas. 100% recomendable! Volveremos seguro!

Residence Nell, volveré sin duda
Cómodo, limpio, bien montado, con lo necesario para una estancia en pareja, en familia, o de trabajo. Cuenta con habitación separada de una pequeña sala, con mesa de antecomedor, cocineta y sus implementos básicos (frigo, horno, cafetera, estufa eléctrica, vajilla y cubiertos, de muy buna marca y calidad) interrnet y café de cortesía, y un pequeño escritorio de trabajo, caja de seguridad empotrada de buen tamaño. El baño pequeño pero con lo suficiente (amenidades, buenas toallas, secadora de pelo). El personal es sumamente amable y nos ayudaron con recomendaciones de lugares e instrucciones para llegar a ellos en metro, RER o tren. Se encuentra bien ubicado, a una cuadra de una estación del metro con una linea y a tres de otra con dos lineas, a cuatro cuadras de la Ópera Garnier y de Galerías Lafayette. Rodeado de opciones para comer, ya sea en cafés, brasseries o restaurantes, o de supermercados y comida para llevar.

Good locations, walkable to many attractions (we walked to Louvre, Galaries Lafayette, Montmartre). Metro also within minutes. Groceries and restaurants within minutes. Unit has been lived in, not pristine, but comfortable. Staff helpful. Outside noise (construction, night noise)- probable will encounter in most central locations. Be prepared for fire alarms from people cooking in other units.

The property was just perfect. It was clean, Crystal looked after us so we’ll and made sure we felt at home. Fab location- quite a few metro stations on different lines are close by and great eating places that is reasonably priced. The room was tidied and cleaned everyday. Just superb and absolutely family friendly. The room had a kitchenette with everything you could possibly need. There’s an amazing bakery with the best coffee and pastries. Thanks Résidence Nell.

The Deluxe apartment is a good size and very convenient location, plenty of great providores and restaurants at your doorstep and easy walk to Metro Stations and Galeries Lafayette. Very clean hotel and perfect location walking distance to galleries lafayette and many eateries within walking distance. All staff were so helpful and friendly especially Matt who recommended us to few restaurants. Didnt get the name of the lady staff but she is also helpful and friendly. There was another guy on our check out date on Nov 27 also very helpful Forgot to mention check in was so easy. Very safe location too👍👍👍

今回の旅行で一番長く滞在したホテルでした。 とっても素敵なお部屋で、夫とこんなお家に住みたいねと話していました！ キッチンがあるので旅行に来ているのにお家にいるようで、ゆっくり休むことができました。 枕が最高だと口コミで見たのですが、ほんとうに最高な枕で、どこのブランドのものか聞けば良かったです！ 受付スタッフさんで日本好きの方がいらっしゃり、拙い英語ですがコミュニケーションがとれてとっても楽しかったです！ いつかまたパリに行く際は、もう少し英語を勉強して、もっとお話できたらいいなと思います。 また、必ず泊まりたいです！ 親切にしていただき本当にありがとうございました！

Condo style hotel that was modern and in a convenient area. The well air conditioned rooms were heaven to come back to on the hot muggy days. Bathroom facilities were also beautiful and large. Our unit had a bathtub that was a bit high to step into though if you have mobility issues but they also had other units that were just walk in showers however I hear most of the bathroom floor then gets wet. So be clear on what you prefer when booking. Have the small kitchenette was perfect for snacks and breakfast. Enjoyed my most walks to gather croissants and fruit from the numerous nearby cafes and small markets. There is also a fromagerie across the street that we frequented almost every day to sample a new cheese to bring back to the unit. Overall a perfect place for families. Convenient to walk to numerous metro stations and attractions like Montmartre and Palais Garnier were about a 15 min -20 min leisurely walk.

The place is very close to many attractions and is close to subway station. The facility is clean with spacious bathroom. Staff are excellent at the front desk.

Didn’t have the standard of what I expected from a boutique hotel. Coffee, tea and water supplies not topped up daily. Curtains not blackout. Walls thin. Not enough self catering facilities. Old dirty sponge left to wash dishes. Trash bins too small to put much in. Only 1 half length mirror in whole apartment for 4 people. Not full length mirror at all in bedroom. Wet room bathroom did not work as had to past wet floor to use the loo. Bed was too soft. Bed sheets high quality though. Location convenient but did not sleep at all as it was too noisy with drunks and wash disposal trucks waking us all up at 6am.

Wonderful stay at this charming property. My family of 4 (two adults and two children) were extremely comfortable and very pleased with our experience. Location is excellent and the staff were all lovely and attentive. Would not hesitate to return.

Apartment was a bit small and you can definitely hear street noise. But, staff was helpful and friendly.

This not a hotel! There are no facilities on site. You will be charged for coffee/ tea after the first day’s complimentary coffee pods and tea bags. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants close by. The front desk staff are pleasant and helpful.

Une adresse à retenir
L'appartement est très propre et bien équipé. Pour un hébergement 4 étoiles, le "plateau café" n'est pas compris (seulement 4 dosettes/thés) par séjour, c'est bien dommage. La vaisselle est faite tous les jours alors même si nous avons peu déjeuné dans l'appartement ce service est très appréciable
