Estancia perfecta
El hotel increible. El personal muy amable y todo inpecable. Tienen un servicio de autobus que te llava al parque Eurodisney. Y en nuestro caso que teniamos el desayuno incluido , todo muy rico.

Stayed here with large family group for weekend in a villa. Great accommodation and the free buses to Disneyland are great. Also used car charger. Staff really responsive when asked to fix a/c. Only slight negative was the cleanliness of the property whilst initially looked good if you move anything like a bed, table or a sofa it’s obvious that these are not moved for cleaning.

Everything was lovely and would return and recommend. The only thing that was awful was the cooked breakfast it was cold and the sausages were not a good taste.

Het hotel is op zich mooi en de kamer was schoon. Echter kwamen wij in kamer 136 en daar stond een apparaat. Er hing een vreselijke gasgeur. Mijn neefje en dochter kregen tranende ogen, keelpijn en vreselijk hoesten. Bij mij sloeg het op de longen. Ik ging het melden en ik zag aan hun dat het bekend was. Zelfs de ramen openen hielp niks. Ze kwamen het apparaat weg halen en als we later nog last zouden hebben moesten we maar naar de receptie gaan. Om 22.00 weer terug uit Parijs en toen was de geur nog erger. We hebben dit gemeld en kregen een andere kamer. We hebben 2 dagen last van onze keel gehad.

Pool area is great. Lovely surroundings. Rooms spacious and well appointed , clean on arrival. Understand it’s an aparthotel so no cleaning but really should empty bins as there is no obvious place to take rubbish. Could also do with groceries available on site rather than just drinks and snacks. Shuttle bus spot on and really convenient. Overall we had a great time just a few little suggestions would have been really beneficial for us!

C’était super sur tous les points, vraiment! Sauf le petit déjeuner, bien que les enfants ont adoré la machine à faire des pancakes eux-mêmes!! L’endroit est super agréable et calme, surtout après le brouhaha des parcs

Good but needs to improve
The overall stay was very much positive. The concept of the hotel is great, public areas are nice. Food wise breakfast is great, dinner and snacks are also very good. Shuttle to Disney was amazing, on time and not packed. The problems I believe start in the room and few details which scream out. The bed is king size but made of two mattresses. The mattress is no good, feels like the cheapest spring mattress you can find. Same goes for the overstuffed pillows which are just killing you neck - yes I am picky with my sleep and this place does not allow for decent sleep. The noise of kids running keeps on going well after 2200 which is the quite hours....not hotel fault but maybe they can improve on this. The one thing that drove me mad is the water tap in the bathroom sink, please who can use it?! It is too short, you get your hand stuck in the sink while washing them...who did not think of replacing them...such a flaw that to ignore it is to disrespect your guests...only a tap but speaks plenty. Value wise and service the hotel is great and I would recommend it. Just be ware of the bed if you are picky and please management change the taps.

Hot water supply is basic but it was failed
The hotel and room looked like in good shape. Parking area was good. But the hot water supply for showering was not stable - this was the most annoying issue during my stay, given that the weather in April is usually cool / cold at France. I have changed the room, the issue was still happened. It seems that the water pressure might be generally not strong enough for all rooms. And due to thus key issue and other minor issues, I think the money paid was not deserved.

Ruime kamer, wel vreemd dat je zelf je sofabed moet opmaken. Schoonmaak kan beter, prullenbak was niet geleegd en vloer niet gestofzuigd. Kapstok ging kapot toen we jas ophingen, wel snel opgelost. Geen schoonmaak tijdens verblijf, schone handdoeken gevraagd bij de receptie. Toen kregen we 4 vloerdoeken mee ipv normale handdoeken, heel vreemd. Bed was wel goed en leuke kidscorner. Ligging tov Disney is perfect.

Goed hotel, nette studio en schone badkamer. Wel een klein bad en je moet douchen in bad (krappe ruimte). Kingsize bed, wel op een harde plaat zonder gaten (dus geen ventilatie mogelijk voor het matras). Aardig en behulpzaam personeel. Vlakbij de golfbaan. Wat ons betreft een aanrader.

A great, beautiful, modern, clean hotel. Friendly staff, very clean, and helpful. Delicious breakfast with many options, worth the extra money to pay. Kid friendly. Close to Disneyland as well, around 10 min ride with a car. Highly recommended.
