“Te Anau was a cute little town. Enjoyed the downtown area for dinner. This house served as a great location for us to stay for spending 2 days in Milford Sound with our 2 kids and inlaws. Lawn and bushes needed upkeep. This made us a little worried when we pulled in. But the inside was spacious and comfortable.”

“Everything about this place was lovely. Clean, tidy and very comfortable bed! Nice to have the outside furniture to sit at too as the weather was great on two days. A couple of things I felt the owner could consider was some kind of light over bathroom mirror as very dark for putting on makeup and a blind over bathroom window. Even though it’s opaque you feel exposed with light on. 😜 these are additions though and would only enhance an already lovely place. Would definitely stay here again”

The kitchen was well appointed. It was just a nice little cottage in a very pretty and convenient area.”

“This house is the perfect base for your Fiordland National Park and Milford Sound adventures, but don't overlook Te Anau itself. There are plenty of shops and restaurants to explore, and you are only a few blocks from Lake Te Anau and some spectacular views from the marina and Te Anau Terrace.”

“Property was very comfortable and sunny which was great in October's cooler days. As a previous long term resident of Te Anau I knew the area I selected and indeed, the house itself. Everything we needed was supplied with the exception of linen which I borrowed from local family and friends. If I had one negative it would be about the supply of linen. When choosing this property I assumed linen was included as per most motels etc. But, only after you actually BOOK do you find out that linen is...

“The house is warm friendly as winter is just around the corner with night temperatures falls between 1-6’C. Bed warmer is very helpful to get better sleep after a long day. Felt very comfortable just like second home”
