As a private hotel it is well kept. There were no problems with cleanliness or staff. My only concern is the amount of waste generated by the breakfast with paper products. If a small industrial dishwashers were purchased for restaurant style dishes, just think how much less waste there would be.

Check in was quick and easy. The lady at the desk was very friendly and gave us a great dinner suggestion. She's an asset to the hotel.

I have stayed there on several occasions and have had a great experience every time. I really like the updates that occur constantly. This stay found brand new comfortable mattresses in all the rooms. Never have found anything at this motel that I didn't like, and if I ever do find something not to my liking I am sure the staff would make it right.

The location is great. The rooms are average but have everything you need. The shower has great water pressure. The staff are friendly but were unable to confirm a late checkout.

Very basic
We stayed one night after seeing a show at The Stockey Centre. The hotel is very basic. Pros: close to everything, directly off the highway into Parry Sound, cheap Cons: Outdated, the hotel had an odour of cigarettes, hairs in the tub.
