Mi cama estaba llena de bichos, lo reporté y enviaron a una persona a “fumigar”, lo cual ayudó momentáneamente y acepte pasar la noche ahí. Al siguiente día fue peor, además de que la cama me generó una alergia en la piel y tuve que ir al médico, me recetó antibióticos por lo grave de la alergia. Finalmente me cambiaron de habitación por que lo exigí, pero no le dieron mayor importancia, desocupe la habitación infectada y a las dos horas ya la habían asignado a nuevos huéspedes, aún sabiendo que esa habitación necesitaba una fumigación extrema. 2. El servicio de limpieza a la habitación más lento que he visto. Tuve que permanecer un día en el hotel por la alergia, salí del cuarto desde las 8am para dar oportunidad a que lo limpiaran (vi que ya estaba el carrito de limpieza en el cuarto de al lado así que asumí que sería rápido), dejé la señal en la puerta de que requería limpieza de cuarto. Me dieron las 4 de la tarde, el carrito seguía ahí y la persona de limpieza no había terminado de limpiar las 4 habitaciones que estaban en ese lugar desde las 8am. Esperé hasta que terminara y revise que le tomaba más de dos horas “limpiar los cuarto”, en realidad solo pierden el tiempo por que la limpieza de las habitaciones es mala. Es frustrante que por todos lados tienen publicidad de la certificación SHA plus donde se supone que avalan su excelente protocolo de salud y limpieza, pero es mentira.

Excelentes instalaciones y medidas contra covid
Experiencia amena desde recepcion hasta el check out. Y en tiempos de covid, cuenta con excelentes medidas para disminuir el riesgo de contagio como el uso obligatorio de guantes desechables en el area de buffet, Control de temperatura en accesos, cubrebocas en la mayoria de las areas.

Excelente hotel! Es la segunda vez que visito Thailand y que me quedó en este hotel. La piscina esta especular y la ubicación también. Lo único que no me gustó mucho esta vez era que habían muchos mosquitos en la habitación

Los unicos bueno de este hotel es la ubicación
El hotel tiene buena ubicación, los factores que no me gustaron son: se escuchas todos los ruidos de la calle de los edificios 1 y 3, he pedido habitación tranquila en mis dos reservas de diferentes dias y el hotel siempre me ponen habitaciones frente a la calle, la primera vez solicite que me hiciera cambio de habitación y me dieron una habitación dentro del resort y no se escucha nada; sin embargo, esa habitación la limpienza esta mas o menos. Realmente todas las habitaciones se escuchan todos los ruidos de afuera y las habitaciones de a lado. Desayuno malo, siempre lo mismo, el desayuno está diseñado para chino, arroz y fideo. El personal esmuy agradable, te ayuda en todos.

El hotel es bueno, la habitación esta vez estaba limpia, el desayuno cuenta con dos áreas, una más tranquila y limpia. Es un poco ruidoso así que si quieres dormir usa tapones para oídos.

Habitación hedionda
Llegamos al hotel con un checkinn muy rápido, poco atenta la recepción. Nos dieron una habitación grande, se veía bien, pero el olor a humedad era muy fuerte, no nos cambiaron de habitación. Tuvimos que usar perfume para disimular el olor. El baño no tenía puerta, parte del diseño. Mucho ruido en la noche. En el desayuno, las mesas y sillas nuevas todo bien pero sucio, el personal no hacía limpieza. Pocas opciones de desayuno, no había omelettes, ni huevos revueltos. Es un hotel para no estar más de una noche y si puedes evitar.

The holiday inn express was a great place to stay, overall it was quiet though there was some noise at night with some construction nearby. The facilities were great and the staff friendly and helpful. For the price that we paid which was very reasonable, we felt that the accommodation was excellent. Would recommend to anybody looking for accommodation in Patong.

Great location. Room good size, clean, balcony with Great view, bed comfy. Ac good, WiFi fast. Check in smooth, no welcome drink, not a big deal. Pool small and not enough lounges for amount of rooms. Breakfast nothing special, not many options. Again not enough tables in restaurant for breakfast rush. Staff ok. Housekeeping do basic, sometimes they don't clean your ashtray

Gebucht ein Zimmer mit Gartenblick, war eher ein Hinterhofblick mit erheblicher Lärmbelastung, vor allem nachts, reklamiert und 2. Zimmer war wesentlich besser mit seitlichen Poolblick. Hotel mit internationalen Publikum und eher kleinen Frühstücksraum. Strandnähe und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sehr gut. Patong und Phuket ist ein sehr gebuchten Reiseziel mit viel Touristen, darauf muss man sich einstellen.

Ein schönes Hotel etwas abgelegen von dem nächtlichen Trubel in Patong. In den Zimmern mangelt es nichts. Der typische Standard den man erwartet bekommt man auch. Das Frühstückbuffet ist europäisch aber auch mit thailändischen Highlights versehen und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Lediglich bei den individuellen Ei Kreationen darf man nicht vollständig kreativ sein, was aber nicht weiter schlimm ist. Der Tansfer zum Flughafen wird zuverlässig organisiert und ist zu europäischen Verhältnissen sehr günstig. Wenn man etwas Zeit hat kann man jedoch über Bolt knapp 300 Baht sparen. Nicht immer bekommt man direkt einen Fahrer über den Weg zugewiesen.

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Die Lage ist sehr gut, da man nicht lange zum Strand läuft und man mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten an der Straße hat. Es ist auch relativ ruhig gelegen. Frühstück ist okay. Das einzigste Manko war, dass das Zimmer sehr nach Chlor gerochen hat. Für ein paar Tage war das Hotel aber auf jeden Fall in Ordnung!
