Ok
Llegamos muy tarde y amablemente nos estaban esperando, sin embargo, tardaron mucho en devolvernos nuestros pasaportes y ya queríamos dormir. El hotel está muy lindo y las habitaciones muy cómodas, nos encantó que si pides una habitación sin ventana puedes dormir en paz total con cero luz del exterior.

I recommends Pimnara to the couple...
Everything was good, only i guess they have staff problem. While checking out, i had to shift my luggage from my room to the taxi. And their housekeeping department needs to upgrade their timing. Rather than these it was a pleasant stay.

If u rcspending most of your time in the shopping center this is the place. Breakfast was 3 choices of egg ham etc opposite the hotel at the restaurant.

i like the staff is friendly and helpful. The location is superb near to night market and Bangla Road. Only 1 thing that I would like to suggest is full length mirror, as its only half length mirror inside the room.

Das gebuchte Zimmer stimmt mit dem Foto im Internet absolut nicht überein. Statt Meer + Strandblick haben wir einen Blick auf einen hohen braunen Zaun. Eigentlich wollten wir 3 Wochen bleiben, haben aber glücklicherweise erstmal nur 3 Tage gebucht. Wir haben ab dem 27.02. eine wesentlich schönere unterkuntt bis zum 17.03. gefunden, die auch voll der Beschreibung entspricht + wo auch der 70. Geburtstag meines Mannes thailändisch gefeiert werden kann. Trotz allem - Freundliche Grüße Christina + Klaus Maretzke

Das Meer ist bei einem Aufenthalt im Zimmer möglicherweise schwer zu erkennen. Aufgrund unserer Lage können Sie jedoch nur 5 Minuten zum Meer gehen, verglichen mit der weit entfernten Umgebung. Vicki et værelse som havde en aircon med skimmelsvamp i, så vi blev rykket til et andet. Det havde ikke en vindue og man følte mere at det var en mental anstalt end end hotel.

Kære gæst, Vi beklager, hvis noget du ikke er tilfreds med Vores hotel har en række rumstile. Men med nødvendighed bør der ikke være plads i samme rum som du er. Normalt vil vi have et system til at håndtere disse ting ved at lade kunderne se andre værelser før de flyttes. Og hvis rummet skal bevæge sig, kan det være, at værelset ikke er det samme for dit værelse. Vi vil have en bog for kunderne at anerkende og samtykke, inden vi flytter rummet. Vi vil have dig til at forstå, at du forsøger at gøre det bedste. Vi er tak for din feedback, vi vil holde dig tilbagemelding for at udvikle mere system i fremtiden.

First trip to Phuket
The hotel location is good. Just inside the walking street 2. Five minutes to the night street too where all the pubs located. However, transportation is very expensive. One way airport to hotel B800 and takes an hour.

Service war klasse
Kein Fenster im Raum! Die Klimaanlage war so laut, dass wir sie ausstellen mussten um schlafen zu können. Generell schon sehr abgewohnt das Hotel. Das hat auch nichts mehr mit 'Botique Charm' zu tun. Es sind mir zwei streunernde Katzen nachts begegnet. Den Preis definitiv nicht wert. Da gibt es viel besseres.

Confortável, ótima localização e que vale a pena
Hotel bonito, limpo e bem conservado. Pode-se dizer que é temático, com decorações divertidas. Os quartos são confortáveis, modernos e completos. A localização é excelente, dentro de um centro comercial, com fácil acesso a restaurantes, lojas e bares. A única dificuldade foi achar o hotel pela primeira vez, justamente por estar dentro do centro comercial.

Great location with friendly staff.
Very convenient location, the boutique hotel is just inside Junceylon shopping mall. Dun have to walk too far to go back hotel. Hotel stuff are friendly as well. The only bad point is that the wifi is not that strong.

깨끗하고 친절하며 아주 좋은 위치!
반잔시장 바로 건너편이고 정실론과도 붙어 있어 쇼핑하기에는 최고입니다. 밤에는 주변 지역이 번화해 음악 소리나 사람 소리가 크게 들려서 소리에 예민한 분들에게는 비추입니다. 방이 아주 넓고 깨끗했으며 스태프들도 너무 친절하셨습니다. 에어컨과 온수 모두 잘 작동했습니다.

Hotel is very clean, every day they really change the towels and make up room. All staff have excellent service. Inside Jung Ceylon mall, 5mins walk to Patong beach. 3 mins walk to Banzaan Market.

Warm and welcoming.Thank you for the hospitality. All the staff are incredibly nice. They greet us everytime they see us.The place is clean and peace. 5 mins walk from the famous Bangla Road and Patong Beach, connected to the massive shopping centre Jungceylon for your convenience. Surrounded with restaurants, bars and spas. The location is excellent.

Meinättiin myöhästyä lentokoneesta, oli tilattu taksi ja vielä asia varmistettu kertaalleen. Ilmoittivat että tksin voi maksaa hotelliin. Ei tullut taksia eikä voinut maksaa luottokortilla hoteliin. Onneksi saatiin iskettyä taksi ja maksettua kentällä kun vaihdettiin valuutta
