Don’t stay here!!
Worst experience ever, I won’t ever stay at this hotel again. Stayed for 2 nights and found 2 roaches, one at night at the bathroom and the other over my shoe!! sheets were not clean, they smelled weird. The whole hall was stinking, there were big bags full of trash outside a room for two consecutive days until we had to report it at the front desk for them to pick it up. The bathroom door has an humidity. I went to the gym, they only have 1 functional treadmill. I neeeded the working space to print something and there was no paper. So overpriced, definitely I won’t go back.

The room was so ran down the walls peeling and the floor was like sticky or sweating in the night.... it was gross. there were no pool towels and they didn't offer breakfast til 8 am...by the beach but not worth the $330 to stay here. Sad to see it has gotten so ran down, we have stayed here 3 times before. Won't go back.

I was not aware that a mistake was made when I checked in, evidently the hotel clerk did not enter my reservation into the system for 2 nights and they told me the next moring that I needed to vacate the room as it was only reserved for one night. I showed them my expedia paperwork and they said, sorry - we are full. After I asked for a full refund, they mysteriously came up with another room and offered it to me as well as no charge for parking as my reward for the inconvenience. By this time my belongings were already in the car so I drclined. They ruined my weekend. I will not be staying there again.. also, the hotel was not as nice as I had expected for a $350 / nite room.

Two things- upon arrival we were told that we have to pay for parking $17 a day. This was not disclosed anywhere in the booking process. Second - the blind was only moved halfway. We told the front desk associate- No one came. The next day we told the front desk again, same story. No one came to address or fix the issue.

The beds are comfortable. It’s on the beach. Two pools to choose from. Tiki bar on the pool deck. It’s been a great quick beach stay!

Harassed by management and staff to check out early though there is a sign at the front desk that states check out is at 11 am. Staff walked in the room three times while we were bathing and feeding our infant child without knocking. They advised that I was marked as a no show and that the incidentals was not charged on the card though it was charged twice. Rude staff. Beds are hard. Room was not cleaned.

The view of the ocean was beautiful 😍. The location was wonderful. The staff was friendly and helpful. Check-in was easy. I didn’t know i was going to be charged for parking until i got there. It doesn't tell you how much until yoi check-out and thats the only thing i didn't like. I actually thought parking was free when i booked 😑. I loved that breakfast was included. I actually booked a room on the first floor facing the ocean without a balcony but i got a room on the 3rd floor not facing the ocean. Still had a great time! Room was nice, great property! 2 nice pools, couldn't beat the ocean view!

Could not check in early because room was not ready(2:00-which was acceptable) however our room’s tile floor was sticky. I wiped floor with plain water and white wash cloth it was literally black. I discreetly brought it the to the attention of young lady at the desk, super nice and very professional. We were not looking for anything free, we are traveling for 14 days and deliberately booked ALL Hampton Inns. We have always liked Hampton. The staff seems very young and maybe not customer service oriented or they are just too busy and know it doesn’t matter. I probably would not recommend Pensacola Hampton Inn. We stayed in New Orleans for 4 days prior to Pensacola and the staff there was absolutely AMAZING- maybe we got spoiled.
