very nice hotel with a warm and welcoming feel as soon as you enter into the main lobby area, nice rooms, restaurant and heated swimming pool

Our room was spacious and had a nice view of the pool. After staying in motels and holidays parks for two weeks, it was lovely to have room service and clean towels every day. Hotel is in a good location, with a nice walk along the park to the pier. Lovely bar in the foyer.

All as above really good position the Breakfast was awesome, the only thing we didn’t like was the room we were in 501 backed on to the lift shaft and we could hear the lift.

The property was under construction and the work began at 0700 every morning right under our room. Front desk staff need to be more knowledgeable of the areas amenities i.e. buses, laundry mat and local restaurants

I’ve enjoyed my stay but I don’t consider this hotel to be a 4 star. The amenities in the room was average not updated. The breakfast I items were cold. Best time to grab the food is when it’s just served. Either way it’s sitting there with n burners under them. While I was there, the internet wasn’t working. Kept saying no connection. The staff were great. There’s an express check out which was great to avoid long lines.

We took our youngest (7yo) over to Perth to the WWE Elimination Chamber PLE. It was also mine and my youngest’s first time in Perth but not my partners. Booked the Hyatt around December. Could not fault anything from the Hyatt or Perth. Loved every minute. Hyatt was amazing and in particular, the pool and pool bar (7yo spent a lot of time in the pool…..). Would highly recommend the Hyatt 5/5 from me.

Staff were very helpful at Check In and in the Cafe where we had dinner. We noticed there were several staff working in the Cafe/Bar areas who had a disability which was very pleasing to see. We managed to find a spot in the Car Park which was fortunate but only after we had tried other spaces which when we got out of the car realised were either Reserved for Valet Parking or Electric Cars. Car Park is difficult to manoeuvre around in a large 4 WD. The bathroom room floor had long black hair left on it. Surprised there was no dual flush on the toilet and when the flush was pressed water kept on flowing into the toilet bowl until pressed again - very annoying when getting up during the night. The plinth/kickboard underneath the Vanity in front of the toilet was very much in need of repair, probably from water damage. Disappointed the shower was actually in the bath and we didn't remember this being stated when we booked. Being short and have back/hip problems it made getting into the bath very awkward. The bottom of the bath was stained, maybe from non slip mats being used in the past. There was no non slip mat which was a concern.The partial shower screen around the bath allowed water to go underneath and onto the floor which made things I had left on the floor wet and the floor slippery. The details for the room stated there was a Mini Bar but it was emplty, other than a carton of milk. There was a QR Code to find the price of Mini Bar items but that was of no use.

Since I was staying with my child, I had arranged for a bed guard and crib and was told that I could not put him in a twin room. For reasons unknown, we managed to get around this by putting the bed against the wall. It is hard to be eco-friendly and have minimal amenities. No slippers, gowns, or toothbrushes. The bathtub was old and slippery, and my child slipped and hurt herself. They brought a non-slip mat, but since we told them in advance that we would be staying with our child, they should have taken this into consideration beforehand.

Overall the Hyatt property was great place to stay. But we have a mix up with the accommodation side. We Booked a room for 3 guests in total on line. On arrival we were provided us with 2x Single Beds. We ended up paying for an another room with 2 Double beds.. I'm not sure what happened whilst booking on Line.. Any way the staff were very helpful at the Hyatt And made us feel very comfortable..

It is located in the perfect area for me to stay, easy to get to the city, also easy to get out of the city if needed. The room is clean, tidy and spacious. The only drawback is there is no enough parking.

We booked 2 weeks ago for a riverview room so that we can watch the Australia fireworks from our room. This is our first time to stay here and since it’s closer the fireworks too. Called them few days before inquiring about parking and even on the day itself to inform them that we will be checking in late. Upon checking in, only to find out that the room we booked in was fully booked and they can only give us the city view ones. We drove 2 hours from where we came from to here and only to find out this. No one rang us and informed us that the room we booked in was fully booked. So disappointed and unhappy about this. Why they didn’t inform me when i rang on the day? Not a good experience and definitely not coming back here again. Checking out took us 20 minutes as well and the room is very disappointing too. Toilets dont have exhaust and beds we had was 2 single beds which obviously the original room I book was a king bed room. Eventhough they gave us a complimentary valet parking and breakfast to compensate but it’s not enough for us to ease our disappointment, we can buy our breakfast and pay for our parking as well . I’ve used Wotif few many times for booking and this is the first time I’ve experienced this. Definitely not going back to Hyatt again. Not a five star really…

Staff were un informative upon check in. I most definitely felt like an inconvenience. We found out for ourselves how the lounge club and breakfast worked. The package on the internet said 2 x queen beds they were singles. Bar staff were not interested in me standing there waiting to order coffee as he explained they had been busy and the state of the mess self explained that however I’m the only person here now so $12 for 2 cold coffees. Over all I expected more for my $550 would I come back ? I don’t think I would.

水回り等設備は古いですが、問題はありません。街中から少し離れていますが、バスがガンガン通っていますし、静かでよかったです。 スタッフの皆様がとにかく親切で、いろいろ助けていただき、本当に快適な滞在でした。どうもありがとうございました！！！
