La ubicación la habitación y el buen trato de parte del personal. Lo que no me gustó fue que la cafetera de mi habitación estaba sucia, solo eso.

I really hope this review is not public because I am not one for leaving negative reviews publicly. Everything, except for the staff, was terrible. If it were not for the incredible staff who went over and beyond knowing that no matter what they offered could not make anything right, I would have left in tears. The beds were not comfortable and the toilet seat was too small and loose everytime you used it felt like it was going to come off. Dusty near light switches near bed bring eye drops. We stayed 2 days and glad it was not longer.

This hotel was wonderful. Antonio and Andrea at the front desk was so kind and bright, very informative. The hotel is Clean and looks very nice , my room was great and DONT GET ME STARTED ON THE FOOD THEY PROVIDE AT THE BISTRO. IT WAS BEYOND GREAT. breakfast was amazing , pool was clean , so nicely decorated. i cant wait to go back ! :)

The day of check in the hostess seem bothered about the work needing to be done, could have had a bad day, unsure. However the pricing is somewhat vague. Parking on the third party site said $10/night, ok it is third party. Front desk told me $14/night and the tv screen showing all the information about the hotel said $12/nightly, mhhh. It also showed a California pizza kitchen near by, nope. The pool was also not available, some maintenance issue bummer, just seem weird that no one could be bothered to update the information screen in the elevator. I guess stuff happens and that is ok. The rooms itself need serious updating, rust on the bathroom floor and the picture frames, no hair dryer and the AC unit blows right onto the nearby bed, the vent cannot be moved, I had to put luggage in front of it. Pricing was ok for what we got, Philadelphia was a lot of fun.

Large hotel and only breakfast available is through one person operated Starbucks… I have no interest waiting 15 min for barista and another 20 for the food to arrive. Offer normal breakfast, like others do.

Haven't even spent a full first night here and im over it. The room was dirty, and run down. The shower was backed up and the toilet and room was just ick. I went down for a drink at the hotel bar and the bartender was rude and overcharged me. The man who checked me in was the most Pleasant.

I like how you have to have a room key to get up to the rooms. Complimentary breakfast should be an option. And possibly a hot tub should be added to the pool area. Otherwise it was nice.

My stay could have been excellent if not for untrained employees giving out misinformation as absolutes. This resulted in not just once, but twice my pre-paid, and extended stay arrangements were mishandled in such a way that i was initially treated as if i were lying about my stay. This, after already having stayed a night. I found the state of confusion on the part of front desk staff to be infuriating, causing me undue stress on several occasions after interacting with staff.
