Beautiful property
Very nice property in a quiet, clean and great neighbourhood. Very well maintained and well equipped house with attention to detail. The owner is very responsive. We loved our stay.

Wonderful and very clean property
We stayed the month of February. The location was idea, the home was very clean, the neighbors were very friendly. Host was very accommodating and friendly. Will stay at here again.

Amazing Winter Break

Great place!
Beautiful home. Very spacious and clean. Kitchen well stocked with everything you need. Pool and outside area very relaxing. Very quiet location. Great fishing from back yard. Hawa the owner very attentive, checking we were ok during our stay. We will definitely return! Highly recommend!

Very Welcoming/ Perfect Location
I have stayed at many VRBO and this experience may be the best of all. The communication and thoughtfulness of the host was really above the normal. The house was well stocked and very comfortable. Location was perfect for what we needed and I will stay there again when visiting family

Choice Chandler Spot
House was clean and nicely decorated. Kitchen is large and open. Master bed super comfy. Large shower was great. Televisions all were nice. Back Patio/ Pool and Lake are awesome! Have to try the paddle boat!! Nice neighborhood and garage parking was a bonus! Awesome property, would stay again for sure.

Long family weekend
Quick trip out of town for a family and friend vacation. There were five of us - me and my two daughters and two friends. Hawa is an exceptional host. Very helpful and responsive. She provided restaurant recommendations and helped us with other good info. Would definitely stay at one of her properties again.

Fantastic
This house was wonderful. We met the owner at check-in, and she was lovely. She showed us around and answered questions. The house was spotless and bright. We had everything we needed and enjoyed coming back to the house after a long day. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect house for our family
We typically use VRBO for vacations. This house was the cleanest we have ever stayed in. It appeared to be recently remodeled and was in a quiet neighborhood. Hawa was very easy to work with. We would definitely stay in this house again.

Best VRBO Rental Ever
We have been renting vacation properties for more than10 years. So good, others not so good. This property is by far the best overall experience we have ever had. Exceeded Expectations!
Our month long stay at Hawa’s property met all our expectations and beyond. The house is beautiful, surroundings delightful, location close to shops and a great coffee shop within walking distance. The house is immaculate and the kitchen has everything you need. Hawa was very attentive to our needs and so friendly. We enjoyed the little garden outside and the ducks that came to visit every day. It was peaceful and quiet. We will definitely be back next year.

Oasis in Arizona
The property and host could not have been better. Beautiful home and location. Most windows face lagoon with island and waterfall, can't even tell you're in the middle of the desert. I had several personal blips during my stay and Hawa was so gracious, kind, helpful, and understanding.

Extremely clean, great location, well kept and updated
The condo was extremely clean, great location. The pool was great and not busy at all. Met some wonderful people at the pool. Fished in the lagoon. It was unfortunate the landscaping was in repair. I have Seen the upgraded landscaping and wish it was done for our stay. Hawa was readily available for any questions or to offer suggestions. I would recommend this place to anyone and plan on staying again if I return to Arizona.

Terrific Stay in Phoenix Area
My wife and I escaped the Canadian winter for a few weeks and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hawa's place. It was located in a beautiful, very serene neighbourhood, complete with waterway in the backyard and nearby waterfalls. Hawa, herself, went out of her way to ensure we had a comfortable stay. It was very conveniently located to allow us to enjoy what Phoenix has to offer. The house was very comfortable for us and was easily large enough when additional family joined us for a weekend. The kitchen was very well stocked and we took advantage of the barbecue for many meals. We enjoyed a lot of time on the top deck and the patio below as well as the community pool which was located nearby. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend Hawa's place to family and friends.

Such a wonderful, beyond expectations experience
Hawa is a perfect host, responded quickly and with great care. Everything was perfectly thought out in this townhome. It is very unique oasis in the desert. Homey elegant and refreshing. The kitchen was very well stocked. Beds are comfy! The wifi is solid. We completely loved the sound of the waterfall when we opened the sliding door. Spent many relaxing hours doing puzzles on the large dining room table. This was the perfect serene location to escape to during the busy holiday week.

A lovely place to be away from home. The number 1 owner: in hospitality and professional management. As a timeshare owner and biweekly traveler all around the states, I’ve found this Lovely oasis the Perfect place among the rest. As soon as you park the car in the garage you’ll find yourself in a Spotfree Neat Organized Home. The floor plan the comfort the hi tech details the kitchen the showers and bathrooms the bed the high ceiling: all arranged beautifully and to your comfort. Wait till you see the little paradise : the backyard is Unique: it’s like being in a top resort in Hawaii: the Island is all yours! Professional landscape and No insects. I can’t say enough about this lovely super clean manicured Gem: I will definitely visit this place every year. Thank You Hawa( the owner) for your tasteful creation and the super organized caring hospitality. Stand tall the best Island in the whole world.

We really enjoyed the property. It was so fun watching the ducks. There was everything we needed to make our stay pleasant. The kitchen was great to work in and, being a retired chef, that was important to me. Hawa, the owner is so easy to work with and just a sweetheart. This place made for a very pleasant month for us.

Beautiful, relaxing, clean, secure, and has everything you need to make your stay enjoyable.
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and it was a lot more than what we expected. My husband and I spent each morning on the back patio, cup of coffee in hand, listening to the sounds of the waterfall, and watching the birds play. It was a soothing and peaceful experience that we looked forward each day. The home is very clean and well stocked with supplies for each part of the house. The home is in a gated community with friendly neighbors. The pool and hot tub are a short walk across the street and overlook the lake. There is a BBQ and kitchen area at the pool. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, as Hawa (the owner) is amazing and has been 110% responsive to our needs. Thank you, Hawa! We visit the area multiple times throughout the year and will definitely be back. This home is highly recommended.

Perfection!
Perfect for a carefree vacation or a home-base for a business trip. This month long plus stay provided the best experience we have had with VRBO properties. Everything was there "as advertised". Besides the quality of the furnishings, you will pleasantly surprised by the additional touches which add to your enjoyment and provide for your safety. And, an added bonus will be if you encounter Hawa, the owner. She is a jewel.

Welcoming home, great ambiance, fun summer get-a-way
We loved the private island in the back- it made for some good exploring. We found the home close to a lot of different businesses that we wanted to visit- good location. We liked the neighborhood feel. The pool and gazebo were a fun treat for our family. The kids and grown-ups also loved the hot tub. The bathrooms, kitchen and bedrooms were all good. The kitchen sink was a little weird without an extendable faucet. Appliances all worked great and we loved the covered parking in the garage. Thanks for a fun stay!

Outstanding property
This is the best rental property I have seen in the area. well decorated house and well kept! :) my family was visiting for 2 weeks and they enjoyed their stay. The beds are very comfortable, the house is very clean, the furniture is modern and well thought out and not cluttered.The owner Hawa is very nice lady and always there for any question or help. I can't thank her enough. I would recommend this property for anyone I know!! :)

Everything we anticipated...and more
My wife and I were looking forward to a place where we could just relax and regroup following an exceptionally busy Christmas season. From the time we walked through Island Breeze's carved front door that's exactly what we found. The full length, pillow covered, couch in the beautifully appointed living room said welcome; please sit down. Every room in the town home was spotless including the spacious, well equipped kitchen. There was something special about eating breakfast in the cozy alcove and watching ducks glide by on the lagoon outside our window. The high end appliances made meal preparation and clean up an anticipated shared experience. Our interactions with the owner, Hawa, were timely and helpful. The location with its multiple opportunities for recreation and dining out would satisfy more energetic guests but Island Breeze is so spacious and attractive that "staying put" has some distinct advantages. Restful sleep in our remarkably comfortable bed and unhurried days in the quiet community may not sound invigorating but we definitely found them restorative.

Great place!
This is a large, beautiful home in a lovely gated community close to everything. We had a wonderful time there. The back of the property is very tropical feeling with the sound of close by waterfalls. The kitchen is very well equipped and a pleasure to use but there are lots of restaurants nearby. The beds are VERY comfortable. This property is very clean and well-maintained. The owner is very nice and a pleasure to work with. I would definitely recommend this property. Barb in Salem
