No me gusto paranada las abitaciones estaban sucias olian feo notenian sabanas ni almoadas no servian las luces solo 1lampara no ofrecieron javon y nocambiaron las toallasofrecen desayuno y solo tedan 1 cafe y 1 barra de granola en 3 dias nunca sacaron la basura ni linpiaron =eserve y me cobraron una aseguransa para asegurar mi reserva y cuado yege me disen esta cancelada por que no tenian avitaciones con cama doblenos d>eron 2 avitaciones con una cama y un sofa cama individual para 6 personas todo in comodo el sofa cama no tenia ni sabanas y estaba todo sucioy aparte me cobraro, dos veses y no mequieren renbolsar mi dinero es el peor lugar el motel 6 esta ?ucho mejor y mas linpio y su personal son muy despotas tenian mal umor fue una experiensia terrible no lo recomiendo para nada promocionan una cosa y todo es mentira es orrible espero y me reenbolcen mi dinero

Para espesar mi reservación no respetaron que no avia la que yo reserve tuve que recorrer 3 habitaciones por que la prometía estaba sucia la segunda no tenía ni tuallas ni jabones y le faltaban cosas y tenía polvo y deseé de una cama tuve que quedarme en la de 2 camas y pedí utensilios de Cocina y no me los llevaron tuve que ir al siguiente día a pedirlos y no me los dieron completos jamás barrieron la entrada de la puerta en 3 días que estuve ahí siempre basura en la puerta la primera ves que me quede ahí estuvo muy bien pero ya no le falta limpieza y más atención

The reasonable prices of the hotel unfortunately encourages questionable guests. The grounds looked a little messy but the room was decent. To be quite blunt, if you don't mind sharing the hotel with probable criminals, then stay here. Just be sure to lock your vehicle.

The property itself was fine. One of the guests was drunk and making sexual comments, and I let the person in the office know. I didn't want the man saying anything to a child. The man in the office said the guy was probably joking and not to worry about it.

Staff, especially Jesse, was great! Very helpful. Pool was really nice with a gated fence around it. Room was a little outdated, but nice enough for our stay. Back burner on stove didn’t work. Grab and go breakfast was great for something quick. Only thing is coffee wasn’t very warm but microwave in room helped that situation. But we would definitely go back.

Bad on me... I usually read many reviews before booking but was looking for something close to a venue and quickly booked. Our stay was not bad; however, rooms are run down. Bed was INCREDIBLY squeaky and hard (every move, incredible sound, feel sorry for anyone around us). Shower had clear visable mildew signs and stains on counters as well. Appreciated the hardwood flooring, which is ideal for traveling with a pet (which we were not). Bathroom window was cracked. For a company called "extended stay" it was humerous to find a 1 ounce shampoo for a 3 night booking for 2 people. Check in was fine. Although no one ahead of us, we were not greeted (no one at reception desk) for several minutes. Guest also had to provide identification, which seemed odd as everything was on my card and in my name. Overall, the room was fine, the price was ok, but this is definitely a dated location.

The room was extremely basic. It had the appearance of cleanliness but not the feel of it. From the Expedia listing, I was expecting something nicer. Also was not expecting it to have a room that opened to the outside, on a busy street, whose noise woke us up several times during the night. The neighborhood isn't that bad...but it felt like the hotel itself was a bad neighborhood. We had to request sheets for the pull out couch - there were none in the room. Overall it was fine. But just barely. I did not enjoy the stay.

Le gustó: Limpieza, servicio y personal, condiciones de la propiedad
Room was spacious, bed comfortable, a bit loud as it is on a busy street. Room could use some updating, but it was clean. Breakfast a bit sparse but at least there was one. Expensive, but I guess that’s par for the course on a weekend in Phoenix.
