Excelente hotel para familias. Al momento del check in el hotel no tenia registrado el pago realizado a traves de la aplicacion, realizandose de nueva cuenta el cobro, se solicito aclaracion a recepcion el siguiente dia.

My family and I had a wonderful time at your property. It was very clean organized. The kids area was very nice. The staff was very welcoming to my children in the Mexican restaurant could be a little bit nicer when it comes to being asked other than that overall, it was a pleasant experience.

We were in town for my sons college graduation. The property was beautiful!!!, The staff were very friendly and responsive to any and every request. I would highly recommend for any occasion. Would stay there again.

Beautifully landscaped and very enjoyable pool areas. All facilities on site were very clean. Villas were very comfortable for a family of 6. We would definitely return.

What the hidden fees....paid extra for breakfast and still had to pay. We even did not eat at the hotel for 1 day....find somewhere else that dont have the hidden fees

Great place to stay. Rooms and pool area are very well taken care of. Only downside is there are no places to walk to, but thats the same for all the other resorts nearby. There is a nice bar/restaurant for happy hour. I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel suite was amazingly spacious. Everything was nicely appointed and the rooms were clean and in order. We did see a roach on the wall in the kitchen, but other than that, the place was fantastic and I would want to stay here again.

Property was very clean, great pools that were never overly crowded, very spacious villas, service was great and the kids loved the arcade. A couple things we didn't like, there was only one restaurant and it was open 12-8PM and closed on Monday and Tuesday which of course we were there on a Mon/Tues. We had several nights that we would have liked to sit at the outdoor patio from 8-10PM and have a few drinks with our friends.

Best place for families
It’s probably the best resort I have stayed at yet! It was my son’s birthday and they had an arcade inside the resort and a heated pool with lots of kids games and slides! I would 100% recommend it! 2 bedroom suite was more like a 2 bedroom apartment!

My wife and I had a short two day stay at this property. Overall we were well pleased with our visit. High points: great location, happy and friendly staff, enjoyed the restaurant on the property, nice exercise room. Not a new property, but seemed to be well maintained. The one swimming pool we used was very, very clean- great job by maintenance!
