They had everything i needed for my stay. The room was clean and updated. Only issue is the laundry area, washer was out if order and per the looks of the sign on the wall it looks like it has been out if order for a while. My stay was 5 days so laundry is inevitable.

The property was very clean and accessible. I felt safe and very comfortable at the property. Although parking is first come, first serve, I was able to park directly in front of my unit, Also, Vince was very attentive and answered emails quickly. Thank you very much for the stay.

The place was super secure and close distance to downtown chandler. There’s terrific dining options nearby. Also on a main off the main road which provides access to quick travel.

The booking was the longest and most difficult of my life. The walls are paper thin, I mean way worst than the cheapest seedy motel. If you want any bit of peace and quite . DO NOT STAY THERE!!

The room itself was very cute. The owners requested that you remove your shoes so I did and my socks were got filthy from the floors. Icky. Very thin walls. Could hear the neighbors watching tv late into the night. Ask for extra towels if you’re staying more than a couple days.

No on-site personnel. Check-in was entirely online which was not mentioned at time of booking. Check-in software didn’t work for us. No phone contact possible. Was forced to find alternative lodging because of this. A terrible experience.

loved our stay here! our room came with everything we could have needed for a short stay and it was so spacious! we were able to enjoy the pool check in/out process was super simple. would stay here again for sure! a lot of food options within the walking distance and area was so quiet at night

This motel has a cool retro vibe. Easy walk to downtown Chandler. Our unit was closest to the road so there was road noise but we were fine. Its a great value and the grounds and rooms are nicely appointed. The host was also very communicative and was open to working with us on check in times and check out times. Bonus was the dive Karaoke bar across the street that closed out our Friday night.

It was presented as a 'motel'. There is no office, and I had no contact information. The number on the website was disconnected. Another tenant had a phone number that connected me with someone that sent me a door code for a room. The room was clean but sparce. You cannot see the TV from the bed. High school locker room quality towels.

We enjoyed our stay and found everything clean and in order. One bedside lamp and plug were not functioning - so very minor inconvenience. Agent stayed in close touch via email and was very responsive. We did not use kitchen facilities, but found them nicely appointed.

I flew in late for an important business meeting the following day. I got absolutely no sleep, it was awful. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything next door as if the people are sitting in your room. If you are young, tend to party and don’t care about sleep, this hotel is great but if your looking for a good nights rest this is not place.

Stay away!! We arrived to room 1 it was right off a busy highway. Right next to the road and is very loud. When we walked in the room itself was ok, a little run down compared to the photos but not horrible. However the door its self had a 2 inch gap at the bottom. That looked to have been kicked in from the frame itself. This is Phoenix, so who knows what was and could crawl in. The door handle was also very wiggly and barely hanging on the door anymore. So we felt someone tried to forcefully get into the room at some point. There was also no TV to help mute out the busy road. There was the mount but no actual TV. The BIG issue was when we tried to get a hold of someone we couldn’t . As no one actually works on site other than the house keepers. When I finally got someone on the phone from a number in Arkansas, they were very rude. Denied any issues so we took photos and emailed them as well. They called back and said the last tenets broke the TV. We said we did not feel comfortable in the room and wouldn’t stay. They just said well you still have to pay. We argued for some time on the phone over it. They told me they’d call me back when they found out an answer and if they could do anything. We checked into a different hotel. The next morning I start getting texts from a man being very condescending about how I had to cancel last night to get a refund and since I didn't cancel I wouldn’t get my money back. Even though they never me back. Be warned!

I really liked how clean and renovated this site was. I only communicated with Vince. He was so responsive. My stay was great and really loved the room and it’s decor. The entire place was really nice. There is a really nice guide the owners developed to describe the use of the place and area restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

Adorable classic roadside motel style. Super cute decor and nicely appointed kitchenette. Clean and amenities exactly as described. Beautiful swimming pool with great furniture. Bonus outdoor seating and a corn hole game! No front desk needed with this attentive host with self serve style accommodation. We highly recommend and would stay again.

Great value!
Very clean, and nice added amenities. A great value if you're staying a while (you only pay the cleaning fee once so the longer you stay, the cheaper). The walls are a bit thin so you hear your neighbor, but overall a great place.

Very cute and clean room. Comfortable . Liked having a KCup coffee machine there. Liked having lots of different restaurants within walking distance. I felt the keypad to get into the room wasn’t well explained. It Just says enter the code. But it didn’t say that you had to touch the unlock icon first. It was confusing and a little frustrating. Fortunately a helpful fellow tenant showed us. I think sending the instructions and how to use the code should be sent by text without having to go through the website and internet,
