“It's a nice townhome unit,recently updated with plenty of parking. The interior is light and comfortable. The 3 bedrooms upstairs were enough for our family of 8, and we did not have to use a small bedroom by the kitchen. Convienient location as the trail entrance was about 7mins drive. Definitely recommend.”

“I traveled here with my son. Both he and I totally enjoyed our stay. Marjie kept our bellies full with a huge breakfast and a great supper. Supper was perfect after a days ride and the room was good for lounging. It was just a short ride, maybe two miles on side streets to the Warrior trails. If you want to ride the Pinnacle trails, save time by running up approved Route 103 to Welch. Thanks again Marjie for being a great host and making us feel welcome.”

“Great location. Pull into the driveway and unload your machine. You won’t need your pickup truck again until it’s time to go back home. You can ride your ATV/ sXs on the roads here and be on Outlaw or Hatfield McCoy trails in a few minutes. Very close to Wilmore dam as well. Less than 10 minutes. Grocery store within a few minutes as well. Great host. Very good communication.”

“If you are wanting to ride the Hatfield-McCoy trail system this is the place for you. Easy access to Warrior, Pinnacle, Indian Ridge, and Pocahontas. Very clean, roomy, and tons of extras. This is not a small cabin to get by. If you need a break one day from ridding the trails this is a great place to lounge around.”

“The cottage itself was very nice. Parking a trailer was a nightmare. There isn’t enough room. There is another rental that shared the space and it blocked us even further. We had to unhook trailer and turn it around by hand just to leave. The road leading to the property is very narrow with cars parked on side of road, we barely made it. This property is not ideal for people coming to ride the trails that are pulling a trailer. The rental was very nice inside. Great decor and bed was...

“the staff were nice. the room was comfortable. the bathrooms especially the bathtubs were filthy with a couple bugs and spiders. for $115 a night, it should be spotless. the staff was not available at check in and do not give u access to the inside of the hotel during your stay. they accidently locked the door and i didnt know if i was going to get to my room or not. i didnt know if i was going to be able to check in or not due to staff not being there. ”
