Die Lage und der Strand ist wirklich ein Highlight. Schwachpunkt ist leider das Essen im Hotel Restaurant, das wirkt qualitativ etwas billig und man muss sich beim Frühstück alles selber vom Buffet holen (inkl. Kaffee und Eiergerichte)

I booked 2 rooms for 1 night for a total of 430 euros. In my room was impossible to stay innthe day because they are doing works in another floor and there was drilling on the walls all the time until 6.30 pm. I complained at the reception and they told they didn't know about any work. so I showed them the pictures of the people working. then the next day the private beach is not allowed because they had to take pictures until 10 am. hundreds of people had to stay away for one photographer. unbelievable. I am so disappointed of this 5 star hotel with prices 5 star and so low on confort and service

Das Hotel ist gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Kellner sind sehr aufmerksam, vor allem an der Bar. Frühstücksbuffet ist OK, aber nicht herausragend. Gut fand ich, daß sie regionale Speisen anbieten. Von Buffet am Abend waren wir nicht begeistert, a la carte ist wesentlich besser und zu empfehlen. Gebäcktrolleies darf man nicht selbst benutzen, Personal ist aber oft nicht verfügbar oder bei Ab- und Anreise mehrerer Gäste überfordert.

Es hat uns alles gefallen, tolles Zimmer, tolle Aussicht, tolles Essen, einfach eine wunderschöne Zeit!!! Das Einzige was nicht so toll war, das wir erst 2 Tage vor Ankunft die Mitteilung bekamen, das der Pool im Bernardin geschlossen war und wir mit vollen Taschen zum Hotel Histrion ausweichen mussten. Aber der Pool war sehr schön! Nur die Kommunikation könnte besser sein, da der Pool im Bernadin bereits seit 26.10. geschlossen ist. Aber sonst alles top👏👍

Struttura direttamente sul mare con una vista magnifica.Camere silenziose e ben arredate.Unica pecca il cibo non eccellente, alcune cose sembravano pasti pronti.Le bevande non sono incluse ma a noi non era stato comunicato.Nel complesso un bel soggiorno.

Una struttura molto elegante ed accogliente, camera con vista mare spettacolare (alla sera con un bellissimo tramonto). Centro benessere ospitale e ben attrezzato, ottime le saune. Un'esperienza da ripetere.

The view from this hotel was gorgeous. The room was clean, cute and comfortable. The hotel restaurant upstairs has a buffet option for 25€ per person (price for July 2022) which was pretty good and very convenient. Private beach area was really nice as well.

Als ich angekommen bin, wurde ich an der Rezeption sehr freundlich empfangen. Zimmer war schön mit dem Blick aufs Meer. Das Essen war sehr gut- grosse Auswahl und genug! Am Hoteleigenem Strand haben die Gästen bereits cca.06.00 - 07.00 Uhr ihre Badetücher auf die Liegestühle ausgebreitet, um sie zu res. - finde ich nicht so gut!!! (Es stresst ) An manchen anderen Ferien Orten sammeln sie die Tücher wieder ein, und werden den Gästen ausgehändigt , wenn die Gäste am Strand bleiben! In Portoroz , hatte ich eine sehr schöne Zeit und würde jederzeit wieder gerne hin gehen!

Die einzige Bar des Hauses war im Juli wegen Renovierung geschlossen, das Angebot im Restaurant (Buffet) ist morgens ok, abends sehr durchschnittlich. Gleiches gilt für das Angebot der Strandbar. Pool nur indoor. Am Strand Plastikliegen auf Beton, gegen Aufpreis Kunststoff-Liegen auf Rasen. Insgesamt verfehlt das Hotel in Angebot und Ausstattung deutlich den beworbenen 5 Sterne Standard.

Wifi hat im Zimmer nicht funktioniert. Mitarbeiter wirken teils unmotiviert und unfreundlich. Frühstück enttäuschend, Ausnahme das Omelett von der Omelett Dame ;) .. Am ersten Tag war keine Cafe/Bar offen am Strand. Wir haben uns von einem 5* Hotel mehr erwartet. Strand mit Liegen und Sonnenschirm OK

Netter Aufenthalt für einen Kurztrip
Wir bekamen leider ein Zimmer mit Verbindungstür. Die Gäste nebenan waren teilweise sehr laut. Auch die Balkontür konnte man in der Nacht nicht offen lassen, da laut Musik gespielt wurde. Balkon und Aussicht auf das Meer waren toll. Im Zimmer wären Wasserkocher, Kaffee und Tee nett gewesen. Trotz 5* gab es das nicht. Das Frühstücksbuffet ließ keine Wünsche offen. Hier wird man mehr als satt. Top: gratis Parkplätze. Den Indoor-Pool hatten wir sehr gerne genutzt, doch leider schafften wir es zeitlich nicht. Er ist nur bis 20 Uhr geöffnet.

Il problema dell’hotel è la qualità del ristorante va bene per turisti inesperti ma obiettivamente non si mangia bene… è un peccato perché potrebbe essere il top della zona … cambiare lo chef 👨‍🍳 potrebbe essere fondamentale per aver una quotazione migliore

The position of the hotel is excellent. The room is spacious, clean and with a beautiful view. The condition of the pool is bad. The hotel does not have an a la carte restaurant open out of season.

The hotel is amazing. It is clean, spacious and in a great location. It is only a short walk away from the centre of Piran. The amenities are brilliant and there is everything that you need inside the hotel. The choice of breakfast is fantastic, they have thought of everything. There is plenty of choice. An excellent stay we had!

Direkt am Meer urlauben 😉
Lage ein Traum, Frühstück perfekt, Sauberkeit hinter Eingangstür ins Zimmer wird mich gesauuweil sie aufgespannt ist. Ansonsten sehr sauber.
