Cómodo y limpio pero necesita un buen repaso
Es un gran Hotel pero que no se ha conservado correctamente. Desconchados de pintura en los marcos, papel despegado en una pared, un bote de gel a medio gastar en una ducha, y lo que es peor, después del desayuno se habia acabado el agua fria, sólo salia la caliente y hervia!!!!! Calidad-precio no vale la pena

Beautiful surroundings, excellent customer care , spa treatments were great , staff there amazing also and food was amazing. Had a lovely weekend with my 2 daughters , just the relaxing time out we all needed.

Just ok.
Very small room. Clean and fresh but too small for the kingsize bed, it took up most of the room. Cooked breakfast was luke warm. Been made for a while but not kept warm enough. No brown bread, only white bread for toast. Overpriced for what we got.

Ikke ett smil å oppdrive og heller ikke mye behjelpelige. (Med unntak av en nattevakt og resepsjonisten ved avreise) Maten var heller ikke noe å skryte av. De har et spa med basseng, boblebad og jacuzzi, men de to sistnevnte var stengt. Ikke at det er så stort problem, men det ble på en måte prikken over i’en, når det var en del andre ting å sette fingeren på. Hadde vært så mye enklere å bare opplyse om det ved ankomst. Fantastiske omgivelser og flotte turmuligheter. De har ingen transport å tilby og det var en LANG vei å gå med tung koffert fra busstoppet i Pitlochry. Vi ringte hotellet og spirte om de kunne hjelpe oss med transport, men absolutt ingen velvillighet til å hjelpe oss.

Amazing get-away at a one-of-a-kind hotel. You won't find a hotel in Scotland as good as the Atholl Palace Hotel.

Really nice hotel. Had a lovely night stay, the member of staff on check in was informative and helpful. Shame one member of staff was a little unhelpful when we asked about getting something to take out for breakfast.

Fabulous stay, spacious, comfortable rooms attentive staff and great food. Plenty of facilities, we used the pool and putting green. Excellent location.

We walked from the train station, could not get a cab or a ride from the Hotel. Cabs in this town should be prebooked. Quite a walk luckily we travel light. We wanted to get transportation via cab, bus, private driver to Blair Atholl castle but the very nice front desk gentleman couldnt help us at all. Basically, sorry, good luck, maybe someone in town can help. The Hotel itself is very dated in decor. We visited the museum in the basement and after reading the storied history and financial difficulties this Hotel has had it made sense. The museum was interesting but not well kept and we felt as if no one from the Hotel straightens, swept floors or dusted down there. Our room was clean enough but such a hodgepodge of decor. Large tour buses full of guests keep this place afloat. The grand exterior does not reflect the inside or service you'd expect. We enjoyed walking through the town, across the suspended bridge, and having a drink on the gorgeous river near the fish ladder. The gentlemen at the train station was the most helpful person and we were able to have a lovely visit at Blair Atholl the following day on our way to Inverness.

While this was a beautiful building and setting, much of the hotel needed refurbishing. Rooms were clean & well appointed but somewhat chilly, and the towel rail and radiators were switched so we couldn’t dry our towels. The spa was being refurbished but this was not indicated in the details when I booked. The swimming pool was lovely however. Reception & cleaning staff were polite & helpful but some of the senior restaurant staff were snappy & seemed stressed. The food itself was tasty but somewhat expensive and there were lots of hidden extras on the bill.

Great hotell with great staff
We had a really nice stay at Atholl Palace. A great place with decent size rooms and comfy beds. Really friendly staff and great surroundings. We would really recommend booking the BnB with dinner package. We could choose a three-course dinner which was excellent.

FABULOUS stay! Highly recommend!! Staff was friendly, courteous and extremely accommodating. Room was very clean and well maintained. Garden and grounds are beautiful. Food was delicious. On-site laundry facilities. AWESOME place!
