Realmente era poco lo que podíamos hacer por usted. Llegaste a la 1 de la madrugada, mucho después de que cerrara la recepción. Fuiste desagradecido porque esperamos y tratamos de ayudar. Intentaste evitar pagar, alegando que ya habías pagado, por lo que tuvimos que tolerar tu actuación, como si hubiéramos hecho algo mal. Y aquí estábamos esperando tu venganza. ¡Caramba, estuvimos terribles durante las insoportables 7 horas que estuviste!

Gracias por tu crítica constructiva. Bueno, definitivamente algo salió mal aquí y solo sabemos un poco. Antes de su llegada, cambió su reserva 4 veces y lo acomodamos felizmente con cada cambio. Cuando llegaste te quejabas del ajetreo de la ciudad. Dios mio. A la mañana siguiente, temprano, viniste a mí y me dijiste que tenías que irte. Pregunté por qué y dijiste que tu colchón era incómodo. Me ofrecí a cambiar el colchón a un estilo diferente, pero dijiste que habías estado "por todo el albergue" y que no te gustaba ninguno. Oh querido. Te devolví las noches que no te quedaste y te fuiste. Aproximadamente un minuto después, el ama de llaves me envió un mensaje de que su cama se había ensuciado con orina. Oh no. Habríamos ayudado con tu problema pero habías huido. Y todos los malos comentarios que nos hacéis nos los merecemos, ¿eh?

Thanks for your comments. When you arrived, and now, there is a drain stop in your shower, and the drains are cleaned with bleach between guests.

Wow, thanks for being such a wonderful guest too and we'll be seeing you again soon, we hope.

We've gone around and checked the hot water in every shower and basin in the whole hostel. Every one of them seems to work fine. In fact, we get mostly compliments about the heat and strength of our water. They are complicated pieces of equipment, these pairs of tap-things, and we've found that if you can't get hot water by engaging one, try the other. And, if that's just too out of your league - we're not saying it is but we're really not sure - ask a staff member to assist. They are fully trained in our tap engagement policies. But thanks for slamming us with something so mind-numbing silly!

And the dogs say how great it is to stay somewhere with humans. 😉 We loved having you here and it was a pleasure seeing your faces each morning you stayed. All the best for your travels. When you return, you can have one of the mutts as a gift !

Well, we warn you that we have dogs a number of times by email before you checked in. We have pictures of the lovely creatures and all the reviews mantion them. 99.9% of our guests absolutely adore the dogs who sit quietly and love their ears being rubbed. We don't know what you are talking about as far as the lack of bed because you got a very comfortable bed in the female dorm that you booked. What we do know is that when you asked to pay using a bank card - your choice, your responsibility - you went a little crazy at us that you were expected to pay the bank charges! You threatened us with bad reviews if we charged tit and asked to cancel your booking. In hostels, you don't get to have the WHOLE women's room to yourself. Being a dorm room - with only women in it - you share with others. It's an unusual concept for some, but not entirely new in the world. Do you really think hostels are for you? We weren't so sure and your all-female roommates (all still here, having extended) were convinced they aren't.

Thanks for your unique perspective on our place. While you have the right to your viewpoint, understand that we bend over backwards and forwards to help our guests with even the most minor of issues. In this case, we cannot agree with you even in the slightest... the place is painted nicely, cleaned thought the day, and very social. You must be used to palaces with 1000's of staff, but suffice it to say, if only the reader could have met you themselves! ❤️😳

Well, thanks to you, us staff are going to be taught how wonderful the boss is today, by the boss himself. Great. I'd say "come back soon", but you're still here so you will get to hear him too! Haha 😀. It's wonderful having such cool and easygoing guests. Thanks for staying and staying longer.
