“We were in tel aviv for 3 days - over Shabbat for a simcha . Oshrat was wonderful in communicating everything to us before , during and after our stay . The premises were clean , large and inviting - even snacks awaiting us ! . Would recommend this location to anyone wanting a relaxing enjoyable time in tel aviv ( except when my wife and I want to stay there 😀😀)”

“Excellent location. You really are right on the sea and and also in the heart of Telaviv. Steps away from the beach. We spent a week in the apartment and it was excellent. The building the apartment is housed in is fun. You can even go up to the roof top. Our host Ariel was very attentive to our needs. For the price this apartment is a treasure.”

“Spacious and great location. Parking took time to find sometimes usually we parked about seven minutes walk away, Naomi was very sweet and worked with our schedule for check in. Apartment was clean too.very close to grocery and restaurants and short walk to beach. Would stay again!”

“VERY small basement studio apartment. We were able to make room on the floor for our 2 suitcases. Comfortable queen bed with pretty nice linens and pillows, but the bed was in the corner, so one person had to scoot in and out of bed rather get in and out from the side. Kitchen was well equipped with dishes, utensils, soap, and paper towels. Only 2 thin bath towels, although the owner would have brought over extra towels if we had asked. 2 blocks from the beach and from several bus stops....

“Llevo utilizando este hotel desde hace bastante tiempo y siempre han tenido ingrato muy agradable. El servicio es excelente y aunque las habitaciones son muy cómodas, no estaría de más una pequeña reforma en los baños. Por lo demás, todo excelente. La ubicación es perfecta, muy cerca de la playa y muy cerca de las calles más importantes de restaurantes y bares ”

“Te cobran 80 dolares por la limpieza que no se nota teniamos en la reserva habitacion con dos camas y solo habia una y nada tiene que ver con las fotos por lo demas todo muy bien Etay siempre que le preguntas te ayuda en todo.”

“This was a disappointing stay for us. The apartment is lovely, and in a great location, but it was spoiled by the constant chasing for hidden charges, specifically a 300 shekel cleaning fee that was not made clear when booking. Not only does that seem a lot for a cleaning fee, but the cleaning of the apartment should be included in the price, and if not, made explicitly clear when booking. ”

“Muy mala experiencia, el cuarto olía a humedad, la cama tenia moho, las duchas no cierran bien así que el agua se sale y tienes que poner toallas para no mojar todo el cuarto. El ruido excesivo de los otros huéspedes, y ni hablar de los compañeros de cuarto que me tocaron ( cucarachas y hormigas) para comunicarse tienes que llamar a un call center tengo que aceptar que el colchón y el aire acondicionado estaban bien.”
