Do not stay here! So our flight was delayed and they lost our luggage so we arrived to the hotel after 7 pm. I was told check in is from 3pm -7pm but was offered self check-in which had great instructions on how to retrieve the key and I was offered to pay 25 euro for someone to be there when we checked in. We opted for self check in no problem. It had been a long day, stress level is already high we get to the room and there’s no AC. I sent a message to the person coordinating everything and she said she would get it fixed the following day. Now mind you it’s got as sim this room! So we had to sleep with the windows open with no screen on the windows making my sleep uneasy. The AC was turned on 2 days later and we left the following day. Had I known the AC was out I would have immediately cancelled the booking. I feel like this information should have been told to me prior to getting there and let me make the decision to stay or not stay. Oh and there is no elevator so you carry your bags up several flights of narrow stairs. I think I counted 50 steps so beeare if that. The bed is hard as heck! There is a Turkish shower that is okay. Had plenty of hot water that was nice. If you rent a car they will tell you it’s 25 euro a day to park. Don’t do it park on the street for free as long as it’s a white line you can park. I have to say the cook that makes breakfast was nice and kind nothing like Margarite the check-in woman I’d been in contact with. Her attitude is so nasty!

Dear JenniferThank you for your review.We are very sorry to hear your words because we always try to help our guest 24 - hoursAs for the air coinditioning as explained on the first day was planned the swicht on the cold air conditioning in the following days as there were 15 degrees outside and in all the building there was the warm conditioning working.As for the parking we have a private parking space and also as we suggest to all our guest they can try to park around our accommodation for free if it possible.Anyway we hope we could host you again in future to make your stay pleasant.Have a lovely day

What a wonderful experience - AnnaMaria was exceptional. Very helpful and responsive, helped with dinner recommendations and reservations, local wine tasting, things to do in area. Our room was really nice, exceeding our expectations. The private terrace was a great place to hang out too.

Right in the center of Polignano. Located in one of tge most crowded streets, but still very quite though. To get to the accommodation by car is possible to (un)load. Parking is 10 min walk (for free) or €25,- incl shuttle. Very kind staff, good breakfast, ideal rooms.

Wonderful stay at Donna Domenica! Small boutique hotel, beautiful rooms, exceptional staff (Margherita & Annamaria were amazing), beautiful terrace and generous breakfast. In the heart of Polignano. If available, don't hesitate and book it. I would definitely return!

My family and I recently enjoyed staying at Donna Domenica Boutique Suites. Following the lovely reviews of other travelers, we chose to stay here, and I am confident in writing that our expectations were more than exceeded. Annamaria and Margherita are two of the most hospitable, warm, helpful, and professional people we have met in our travels worldwide. Before landing in Puglia, Annamaria, and Margherita helped me arrange airport transportation, restaurant reservations, and beach resort passes. They made our arrival process seamless and helped ensure our travels using public transportation throughout Puglia were successful. Their friendliness, kindness, support, and homemade pasties at breakfast have a long-lasting impact on us. Every morning we were treated to a beautiful spread of homemade pastries, fruit, yogurt, fresh juice, and much more from the breakfast spread. Annamaria and Margherita were attentive and made fabulous cappuccinos and eggs every morning for us. The pictures from past travelers did not encapture all that was offered- the breakfast service was phenomenal and made our stay so much better. The property and rooms were kept impeccable. We stayed in the Luxury Room and were pleased with the charm and generous space our party of three had. We felt safe during our stay and didn't second guess our choice once. Donna Domenica Boutique Suites is an absolute must-have on your list of places to stay in Puglia. We will never forget our fantastic time here

Best stay at Donna Domenica!
Our stay at Donna Domenica was amazing. Anna Maria and Margherita went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Location is excellent! Breakfasts were excellent and the rooms were spacious and beautifully designed. Better than the pictures! We would stay again and highly recommend! Please note if you have a vehicle the parking is a good 10 minute walk away but they arrange for a transport with your bags from the secure parking lot.

The place is beautiful, well preserved and spacious. Location provides easy access to places for eating and shopping, as such you will hear some noise until around 1am but is not that loud. The service was phenomenal, they were super attentive and available. We had a great time.

AnnaMaria is extremely helpful and passionate about what she does! This stay was peaceful and luxurious - there are many things to do in the area, but pack your sunscreen and water, it’s hot! An incredible beach destination for those looking for a weekend escape, and there are many things to do outside of Polignano a Mare, if you have transportation!

Amazing
I would give Donna Domenica 10 stars if I could. It was a cute boutique bed and breakfast. The room was amazing with a shower with different settings and we had a balcony. In addition, the room was very clean. The staff was top of the line Enza was super helpful and very informative. There was another women working there but I can't remember her name but she was great. The breakfast was hosted at the cafe below. The assortment of food was on point no complaints there. We also got massages on the roof terrace which was super fun. The B & B is in a fantastic location on via Roma. There many restaurants and bars in the area. It's walking distance from basically everything. The B & B is very close to the most famous beach in the town Lama monachile which was a plus. Highly recommend!

Très bon séjour à Polignano, l’hôtel est idéalement situé près du centre historique dans une rue piétonne. Le personnel très sympathique et accueillant! On recommande les petites Burratina au petit déjeuné. On aime le plafond de la chambre en pierre typique de l’Italie du sud. Attention juste le parking privé n’est pas gratuit comme décrit dans l’annonce d’hotels.com.
