Lastima que en la habitación no hay armario , por lo menos en nuestro caso en la 107,la entrada con escaleras sin rampa, por lo demás muy bien

Everything about the property was excellent except the breakfast. Although not bad, it is not worth the €15. Other than that the entire stay was wonderful. The young men at the door are exceptional and very helpful! We will stay here again!

The staff and service were pretty bad. We asked for an iron, but the reception told us to come downstairs to get it ourselves. Our room was not cleaned even after we put a sign on the door, and we had to ask twice to get it cleaned.

The young staff are very friendly and all speaks fluent English. They highlighted a local map to help us get oriented. They circled their personal favorites as well. The dining hall was so tastefully furnished to preserve the local tradition and the backyard was so peaceful. Highly recommended!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Grande Hotel Paris in Porto; overall a fantastic hotel, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The amenities were top-notch. The location was perfect, offering easy access to key attractions and plenty of dining options. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional staff. They were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with a smile. Whether it was a quick check-in or recommendations for local activities, they made my stay feel special. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The hotel is in a good location, and the lobby is pretty. There is no parking but they have an agreement with a garage nearby. The street the hotel is on is super narrow so even stopping to unload the luggage was an issue. There is a pretty steep set of steps to get into the lobby. There were no amenities in the hotel (no pool or spa, gym, etc) and breakfast was for additional fee. Overall, pricey hotel with very few amenities.

I believe this place has been recently remodeled. It’s very modern, chic, and clean. The location is convenient, and it’s surprisingly not noisy in the night. The only disappointment is breakfast. $14 euro pp, you can definitely find better quality breakfast in the city.

Incredible location - literally in the middle of everything we wanted to see and do in Porto. The staff were very accommodating and helpful at every turn. Our big surprise was that there were not many more guests.

Ancient hotel without essential maintenance
This is a rebuilt hotel that looks magnificent on the outside but lacks essential services, like an access ramp for guests with limited mobility on its main entrance.

Diciamo che per il prezzo pagato mi aspettavo di piu , fatto presente alla reception di una sedia non utilizzabile perché si stava rompendo e del tubo flessibile in acciaio della doccia che era rotto , dopo tre giorni alla mia partenza era sempre rotto . Adios !

Péssimo!!!!
O hotel não permite que o próprio hóspede decida a temperatura do seu quarto, por mais que tenha um termostato em cada quarto, esse está travado para alterações. O quarto estava extremamente quente, expliquei a recepção que já não tinha o que fazer e me pediram pra dormir de janela aberta, algo que não era possível pela chuva e também pela rua que é super barulhenta. Entendo que se quiserem deixar o hotel todo em uma única temperatura deveria ser fria, assim quem quiser pode se agasalhar. Eu já não tinha mais o que fazer, pois era insuportável até sem roupa. Os atendentes disseram que a reclamação é constante e que a temperatura dos quartos ficam diferentes pela posição do sol, mas que fica difícil agradar a todos. O café da manhã era uma vergonha, nem se comparava aos demais hotéis da viagem. O quarto era como descrito nas fotos e estava novo, mas o banheiro era muito menor que o descrito, mal cabia uma pessoa dentro do lugar do chuveiro. Era impossível abaixar dentro do local se algo caísse no chão. A única coisa boa era a localização, mas ali perto tem várias opções de hotéis. Eu pegaria qualquer outro, menos esse. A sensação de não conseguir dormir pelo calor, acordar e não ter um bom banho e além disso o café não ser bom, não vale a pena pela localização. Sequência de erros.

Excellent en tout point. L’hôtel est belle, propre, bien décorée. Le personnel est souriant et aidant. Très compétent. Le lit ainsi que la literie sont très confortable et de qualité. Hôtel très bien située à distance de marche des visites touristiques, des restaurants et des bars.

We enjoyed the Porto and this hotel. It is one of the oldest hotel in Porto and has totally been renovated. Front desk is really helpful. They even managed to get us reservations at local restaurant for dinner as we did not have local phone. Very convenient - Sai Bento station is only 7 min walk. We checked in 1:30 AM and staff was available at front desk to help us. Really would love to go back. Improvement - breakfast is good but they can add eggs that would really help as we don’t really eat cold cuts for breakfast in US. Even scrambled eggs would be great. Plenty of rolls, bread, butter juices, cereals, coffee etc are available.

Cute spacious hotel in center of Porto
The hotel is situated central and was so easy to get to many tourist spots we wanted to visit. Room is spacious and decorated cute. Breakfast lacked varieties but they have cappuccino machine which is a huge plus!! Cons: no hangars.

Fantastisk hotell - gåavstand til alt!
Nyoppusset hotell som tar deg tilbake til 1920 tallet. Deilig farge på hotell rommet med sus fra en svunnen tid. Gode faste madrasser med to store puter. Vannkoker på rommet og daglig rengjøring av rommet. Fantastisk hyggelig personell med super service innstilling. Enkel men god frokost (ikke egg og bacon). Nydelig hage til å sitte ute hvis man ønsker. Hotellet ligger midt i smørøyet. Gå avstand til alt!

Localisation excellente. Le personnel est tres aimable. La chambre était tres bien, tres propre. Le seul bémol était la salle de bains qui n'a pas encore été rénovée (j'ai vu qu'ils étaient en train de renover les salles de bains) et donc tres vieillotte et pas dutout pratique : rien pour poser nos affaires de toilette.

This is a tourist hotel - don't expect a safe or place to unpack your suitcase. It was just re-opened after renovation, which might explain minor glitches like absence of a rack for towels, no beaker for washing teeth or body lotion in bathroom, curtains not closing well because not attached on the side of the wall. The rooms are small. However, the feel is very nice in the spacious and stylish common parts, the staff is super friendly, and it is within walking distance from transport and main tourist attractions.
