Un poco decepcionante, lamentablemente. Con La Luz se veía el polvo en los muebles. La ducha no trababa el agua aunque estaba nueva y en muy buen estado. Salimos de la habitación a las 11 y al volver a las 19 horas la habitación no estaba recogida y las camas no estaban hechas. La explicación y la solución que nos dieron era inaceptable por lo que tuvimos ya que amenazar con poner una reclamación. Aparte de esto una vez no pudimos entrar en la habitación porque el cierre estaba atascado y tenía que venir una persona de mantenimiento para abrirnos la habitación. A un hotel de 5 estrellas hay que exigirle al maximo y no consentir estos errores.

Hotel que cumple las expectativas cuando acudes a la cadena Sheraton. Las habitaciones muy amplias, limpias y cómodas. El servicio de recepción excelente con atención incluso en castellano. Situado cerca del centro de la ciudad.

5 stars hotel, but not the extras
the hotel is very nice, right next to the bus and train station, close to the city center.The room was big, bed comfy, and there is tiny pool and gym available. But the shower was leaking all over the floor and there was no place to plug drier in the bathroom so I had to dry my hair in the room. in generall there was not enough plugs. the internet costs 15 euro extra per day and it wasn't working well. we had to ask for our room to be cleaned, and nobody check on the shower issue (at one point we had to use big towell to clean the floor after shower) so maybe hotel has 5 stars, but the service and the extras are like in 3 stars hotel. I would be really dissapointed if It wasn't for really low price

Nice property Beware of the Taxi drivers that say their credit card machines are working and then get to your destination and hoot and holler about the machine not working. Then request to take you to the ATM to take cash out. Happened twice to me at this hotel.

the check in was good 👍 apart the fact when I came to the hotel at 11am they have not offered 5stars service she didn’t asked to take my bag and like in Other hotels they will offer you to use other facilities like swimming pool or restaurant even when the room is not ready, here I give two stars only, the restaurant service was amazing.

Out of all of the places I’ve traveled throughout the world I have to say this hotel is second to none. The staff members are very professional. they are also very kind and just great people. The rooms are very clean. The areas surrounding the hotel is thriving. The food is impeccable. There’s just so much I can say about this hotel, so consider yourself lucky if you can stay here because if I had it my way I would live here that’s how wonderful everything is

This was a very disappointing experience as the hotel used to be better. First, we weren’t able to access the garage. When we asked someone to let us enter, we were asked for a garage reservation! This should have been mentioned in the hotel description but was not! At check in, we enquired about a secured outside spot, but were told by a rather unfriendly lady that none were available. However, when we returned to the hotel after midnight, at least half of the spots were available! This was very frustrating as we were forced to park on the street away from the hotel. This could have been a security issue as the streets were deserted and the area did not seem very safe. The room did not leave a good impression either as it was cold, came with a severely stained towel, had very uncomfortable pillows, offered a TV the size of a large book, had no power outlet by the bed, and showed signs of aging. We will not return!

I stayed in suite 524 here. The bedroom backs on to the elevator shaft and is incredibly noisy, all night. It sounds like a foghorn. In addition to this, I put on a bathrobe after a shower to discover long blonde, ginger and brunette hairs all over me. They came from the bathrobe, and it appeared to have never been cleaned. It was truly disgusting. The hotel could only move me to a smaller room with a shower inside a bathtub, which I would have struggled to get in and out of (my main reason for booking the suite to begin with) so I had no option to stick with the room I had. I purchased my own towels elsewhere and used those. The club lounge is a converted small room, stuffed with tables and warm drinks. I didn't use it. Not a great experience, I would strongly advise against visiting this hotel

Clairement une très mauvaise expérience pour moi... Personnel assez peu aimable, parking sur place minuscule et pour lequel il fallait une réservation alors que je suis arrivé à 15h00 et qu'il était vide. Bref j'ai dû aller me stationner dans un parking public à l'extérieur quand il faisait -10° dehors. Personnel de la sécurité qui ne parlait même pas anglais ! Dommage la chambre est plutôt confortable et ç'aurait pu être une bonne expérience mais ça reste un mauvais souvenir pour moi.
