A luxury hotel at a reasonable price. Every person on the hotel staff has a smile and is always willing to help. They will all make an effort to speak in englis. Overall is a great option in Prague! Would definetly recommend it !

Buen hotel pero desfasado
En su día sería un 5 estrellas precioso pero ahora en España estaría en 4 justito. Situado en medio de un barrio con pocos servicios pero con el metro casi en la puerta que en 10 minutos te deja en el centro. El desayuno bufet con mucha cantidad pero poca calidad en la comida. El Spa de la planta 24 tiene bonitas vistas a la ciudad... pero es solo una pequeña piscina, no muy caliente y sin chorros de presión, y la sauna y baño turco sos separadas para hombres y mujeres. El colchón cómodo y el cuarto de baño un poco antiguo pero correcto.

Hotel recomendable para zona de congresos
Hotel muy adecuado para asistir a eventos en el Prague Congress Centre pues está al lado, pero a su vez muy bien comunicado con el centro por metro (a 2 paradas). Por tener categoría silver de hoteles.com rewards nos hicieron upgrade de habitación y nos dieron una con vistas magníficas a la ciudad, además de early check in (una horita antes solo pero algo es algo) y acceso al spa y business lounge. La habitación no es muy grande, el baño de hecho es bastante pequeño, pero tiene comodidades como tetera o albornoces y zapatillas. El armario pequeño e incómodo de usar y no repusieron algunos amenities o agua durante la estancia. El aire acondicionado parecía funcionar algo aún apagado pero pedimos mantas y nos trajeron. El business lounge muy bien, te puedes hacer un café a media tarde e imprimir entradas para espectáculos, tarjeta de embarque, etc. El spa nos defraudó porque esperábamos jacuzzi o jets (los spas de España) y solo tiene una piscina y salas divididas por género con pequeña zona de relax, sauna y baño turco. Eso sí, la piscina aunque pequeña tiene unas vistas panorámicas de la ciudad excelentes. El desayuno bastante bien, variado, aunque la calidad para un 5 estrellas justita. No pudimos probar los restaurantes pero tenían buena pinta y no excesivamente caro. La atención del personal de recepción y su disposición a ayudar en todo es una de las mejores bazas del hotel. Muy amables, incluso resolviendo dudas antes de nuestra llegada. Recomendable hotel.

Older hotel that has strong odor like a former smoking hotel. Older and worn out everywhere, bathrooms, carpets, lounge. Good buffet breakfast and gym/spa. Right next to metro station for easy transportation. Right next to conference centre. Doorman was excellent and full of information, rest of staff mediocre. Restaurant is not worth going to, check out other areas to eat.

As a 5 stars hotel the facilities were not included with the room and did not show up on the reservation page. We were charged extra to acsses the pool and the gym. And if you pay you will have only few hours and you should leave.

Not what we expected from a Corinthia hotel!
The hotel is beautiful, but we were very disappointed with the service. We had to call the front desk and/or housekeeping five out of seven nights we stayed as items were missing from our room such as wash clothes, body wash, coffee, creamer, etc. There were times when we had to call a couple of times to get anyone to pick up the phone. One night I gave up and walked down to the desk to request our missing items. One day our rooms was not cleaned until after 3:30pm... about the time we came back to rest up before dinner and we ended up in the lobby for 45 minutes while it was cleaned. The breakfast was great, but the service was lacking there too. A couple of mornings my husband gave up on getting coffee and went and served himself, while the waiters just stood and watched him. Plates were left on the table well past the time they should be removed. Staff did not appear to be well trained. The hotel is close to a subway, which is a plus. It is used for large bus tours, so on the weekends the breakfast room was really busy and tables were often not cleaned off for incoming guests to use. Overall we expected more from a Corinthia hotel than what we got. We've stayed in others (Porto) and found them to be well run. This one seems to have people who are not trained well. I would choose to stay somewhere else when in Prague next time.

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen was die Zimmer angeht. Es ist zwar alles sauber, aber etwas veraltet. Der Ausblick aus unserem Zimmer im 21. Stock entschädigt aber. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, viel Auswahl, allerdings ist die Geräuschkulisse enorm.

A really disappointing experience! We choose the Corinthia Prague as we has previously stayed at their sister hotel in London. We were expecting a luxury stay but what we got was anything but! Our room was outdated and the windows were filthy. The decor is old and mostly discoloured from what looks like cigarette yellow markings. This shows how long it must be since the hotel was last renovated. On our first night the bathroom sink leaked and flooded the bathroom. When raised the response was slow and after multiple trips to reception we were informed that we needed to move rooms. We moved (with no help from the concierge) and we’re shocked to see we’d been DOWNGRADED to a twin room that was even more outdated. After another trip to reception we agreed to stay in the twin room for the night and change rooms the next day. The next room was probably even worse. Filthy windows, peeling wallpaper and 1920s bathroom suite. This is NOT a luxury hotel. The spa area is quite small and very basic. We stayed in 3 different rooms on 3 different floors and none were of 3 star standard, never mind 5 star. An extremely frustrating and disappointing stay that would make me avoid Corinthia hotels in future.
