El hotel en general, deberia estar más acorde con las cinco estrellas. Las vistas de la última planta son espectaculares, nadie deberia perderselo. Los empleados son muy atentos y amables. First the staff was rude but later on compensated with executive lounge passes. Check-in was 3pm. We came at 4pm. I requested a room with the view. the front desk lady said she'll see what she can do. Made us wait saying that room is getting cleaned. Got the keys at 4:30 assuming the room with the view was assigned. But it was not. Called the front desk and the manager was apologetic and compensated by giving the executive lounge passes.

Tout juste correcte pour un hôtel 5etoiles , il n y avait vraiment rien de special , la chambre famille pour 4 est petite , , kids club fermé pratiquement tout le séjour , ouvert que le 26 , pas d’animation particulière propose pour le réveillon de noël .
