Praga encantadora
Todo excelente. Se encuentra retirado del centro. Pero la asistencia para taxi y para tours fue excelente y los precios muy cómodos.

El Hotel es muy bueno. La atención excelente. El personal habla perfecto español. La recomendación para los Tours fue la mejor. Desayuno excelente. Un poco lejos del centro. Pero tiene excelente vista. Igual el servicio de transporte es excelente. Lo recomiendo

Hotel cómodo y buena ubicación
Muy buena ubicación, limpieza y comodidad. El desayuno tiene poca variedad. El personal del hotel no habla español y no todos hablan inglés.

Great location for Prague Congress Centre
A very pleasant, welcoming and hotel. One lift out of order (middle of 3 with barricade round), so couldn't actually see on first looking there was more than one lift. They were independent so either had to choose one or push both which probably isn't very energy efficient. Breakfast was really good, with plenty of options. However, it would have been useful if there was a quick option if you didn't have much time as it was expensive otherwise. The little cafe was great as an alternative, however, they didn't open till 8am. There wasn't a room service menu in the bedroom and couldn't find one on line. Was told that there should have been one in the room. Not a big deal as I came down and ordered at the bar and then took it up myself on a tray. Good selection and my risotto was tasty! I didn't have a chance to look round the local area but didn't get the impression there's much round there, so ideally you want to get onto the Metro and go into the city. Didn't do that this time, but the stop is close and the line efficient. Comfy bed, handy to have your own iron and ironing board, air con for comfort although windows open which I prefer.

Very friendly staff and great service. Very nice rooms and infrastructure. Includes a small place for children. Very good breakfast. Walking distance to a place with extraordinary view of the river and areas from Prague. Close, driving, from downtown. Totally recommend it.

Great hotel. Recently refurbished. Our room was really big and airy. Located close to city centre and good transport link. Housekeeping do really good job, the room was spotless. There is no housekeeping during the stay automatically due to current situation, but if you ask, they do so.

Service impeccable. Le personnel a vraiment à cœur de répondre à nos besoins. Le seul point d’amélioration est qu’ils mettent une poudre avec un parfum sur les tapis lorsqu’ils passent l’aspirateur et cette odeur est vraiment désagréable.

Good location, but needs improvement
very convenient location to the congress centre, however... When I came into the room the radiator was on and the air con was on. The room was very hot because the air con was loud but ineffective. There was no way to turn the radiator off. I slept very badly because of the heat of the radiator and noise of the air con. The room is fine, but the bathroom needs a serious update. The hairdryer is awful, the whole bathroom floods when you take a shower, the sink was cracked and needed replacing. The bed was fairly comfortable. I don't like two single duvets instead of a double, or that it is just two single beds pushed together with a single sheet to make it appear a double.
