Fine place to stay
This hotel was surprisingly good and located a short walk from the Prague Central Station. There are lots of places to eat nearby and it was easy to get transport to the airport early the next day.

Hotel City Inn - great location
Great location to explore Prague, just a short walk to the Old Town. The hotel itself is basic, no frills but it was clean with nice comfortable bed. They let you leave your bags their too before and after check out - I know most hotels offer that but still better than carrying them around Prague! If you want more premium hotel then don't come here.....but this was just fine for the money we paid.

Great hotel close to Masarykovo station with plenty of great bars and reliable public transport options. Check-in was straightforward and speedy. Breakfast was very good, proper scrambled egg too. The only (minor) negative points - check out is 10am, not a minute later. Plus the bed in my room was surprisingly low, made getting out and standing up more difficult than expected But I fully recommend this hotel - I've stayed many times previously and will almost certainly book again

The hotel city Inn is closed at the moment, we got an email 48 hours before our stay telling us this and that our booking has been moved to the hotel city centre owned by the same people, it was about a 1km from the city Inn, The email told us everything has been arranged for us and the hotel city centre would be expecting us but when we arrived the guy on the check in knew nothing about the moved booking we had to show him all our paper work and the email about the move before he let us have a room, The hotel was nice I slept well and it had a good breakfast, just could have done without the hassle at check in

The room was always very clean. The breakfast had quite a lot of choices. The workers were very friendly. Very close to many sights and restaurants. Only slight issue is you can sometimes hear the footsteps of people upstairs.

One of the widow glas was broken. In the shower was not posible to hang shower head on hug.The whole hotel must be renovate. The receptionist have ordered not " oficial " taxi. The pictures in the hotels com. Looks much more nicer than in real live.

Nice and accommodating staff, very helpful!!! Breakfast was great! Close to center and train station, nice restaurants. Building is old and no air conditioning. Overall we are pleased with our stay!

The location of the hotel was quite good but the room was really dated and not very clean. Once you walk in there was a strong smell of smoke and damp, shower leaking, beds not comfortable at all. Not value for money. Staff not welcoming at all. No smile on their faces and not helpful. We were refused for an extra pillow which we requested. We even reported the leaking shower was told will send someone for repair but was left unresolved. My kids didn’t enjoy and couldn’t wait to come back home. In general Prague is a very nice place to visit but people are very rude and not helpful. We won’t even think of going back to Prague again.
