Hotel localizado en pleno centro historico (ciudad vieja) de Praga. Habitacion amplia. No hacen limpieza de habitacion diaria, solo cambian toallas y recogen basura si uno lo solicita. Guardan equipaje antes y despues de check in/ out

¡Excelente ubicación!
Nos encantó la ubicación, y el estilo del hotel. Muy limpio, con calefacción. El único detalle es que al ser un poco antiguo y tener piso de madera en las habitaciones se escuchaban los pasos de los otros huéspedes. El desayuno delicioso, un poco pequeño el salón, pero el anfitrión si no había campo muy amablemente lo comunicaba. Todo muy bien! Esperamos volver pronto!

Lo mejor de este hotel, su ubicación
Habitación muy pequeña, cortinas de la habitación muy viejita y traslúcida, por la noche dejaba pasar demasiada luz del exterior, la ducha era un espacio mínimo, apenas te puedes mover. Si estás dispuesto a cambiar comodidad por ubicación. A unos pasos del puente Carlos, del centro, lugares para comer, etc, eso si muy bien. Recepción bien.

I would not say that this is a 4 star hotel. It was fine for what we needed for a few days, but there was an old smell to the room and the carpet clearly wasn’t very clean. There was a lack of amenities in the bathroom and the hand soap was extremely watered down. Lots of stairs to bring bags up and staff didn’t offer to help. Staff was clearly just random workers not actual hospitality trained staff like in every other 4 star hotel I’ve stayed at. Like I said it’ll get the job done, but the photos and rating are deceiving.

Reception area furnitures are dusty but room is clean & big enough for the three of us. For seniors like us with heavy luggage lift (old bldg) is inconvenient but Paul stayed up late waited for us due to train delayed on arrival & helped us to carry our luggage to the 4th flr room. He is nice & helpful. Thank you so much.

Stayed at this hotel due to location (close to the marathon start line) within 5 minute walk to the Astro Clock and many old town landmarks. The pillow cases were dirty and stained. The shower has 2 karge steps to get into the tub (no shower curtain, hand-held shower head). Location is phenomenal but facility is not up to par.

Right in the center of Old Town Prague!! The ideal location and the room itself suited our needs give. We were there for a short time. Will note that the draining system is not the best and it took a while for water to go down the sink. But otherwise it was satisfactory

The shower in the room was not cleaned. It was visible hair on the floor and when I got in the shower it was clogged and I lifted it up and it was full of hair. It was also a bad smell coming from the clogged shower. We Also didn’t Get to eat breakfast. There was two women there that gesticulated that we didn’t get to eat there. So we had to go buy breakfast somewhere else. The positive about this hotel is the location. Very central.

Misleading
Room was old and smelled like mildew. Beds were hard and uncomfortable. Front desk closes early so you have to use a separate entrance with a key to enter the hotel. Antiquated facilities with creaky floors. Only positive thing is that it is close to Old Town Prague.
