Not a 4 star hotel
Las fotos del hotel lo hacen parecer que está en una mejor zona. Está enfrente de una construcción y no hay locales cercanos para comprar un café o algo. Pedí una habitación con 2 camas y no nos hubieran cambiado si no lo hubiera pedido. La segunda noche fue un infierno por los vecinos de cuarto que llegaron borrachos a las 4 am y no se callaron hasta las 10 am. Recepción no logró que se callaran. No considero que el personal fue amable y definitivamente no es un hotel de 4 estrellas, por mucho le daría 3 estrellas.

El hotel es muy nuevo, bonito y funcional, con habitaciones amplias y limpias cuando llegas. No está lejos del centro. Por contra la camarera de pisos sólo recoge las papeleras a diario. No hacen las camas y sólo limpian las habitaciones cada tres días (te avisan al check-in) En el bar venden unos sandwiches industriales congelados que te calientan en una especie de horno o microondas que no consigue descongelar bien el interior aunque por fuera empiece a quemarse. No hay servicio de habitaciones.

Habitacion espaciosa, confortable y limpia.
El alojamiento realmente aconsejable, con tranporte publico cerca. La habitación tenia cocina. Buena temperatura.La habitacion era enorme, cama de matrimonio de 2m, sofa, 2 sillones Television, escritorio, probablemente tendría más de 50m2 El hotel disponia de sauna sin coste adicional.

Excelente apartamento para las familias
El apartamento es tal como aparece en las fotos, es cómodo, amplio y esta ubicado magníficamente, sin estar en el centro, esta cerca y bien comunicado. Para mi ha sido un viaje fantástico, Praga ha cumplido todas mis expectativas. Volvería sin dudarlo!!!!!!

Absolutely awful. I checked into my room and quickly discovered that the walls were paper thin. I could literally hear the people in the next room crumple paper. They had a child and a dog so there was constant noise even though they weren't being abnormally loud. (the room itself wasn't great but it would have been acceptable). I went down to the front desk and explained the issue. He told me there were no other rooms available and that was that. I left the hotel and found new accommodations.

In general it was a nice stay. Not a 5 Stars Hotel in my opinion but still good. Buffet doesn’t have a lot of vegetarian/vegan options if you don’t wanna have seeds/muesli. The room and the bathroom were clean. Room service wasn’t available around 11 pm when we tried to order.

4 stars for design, 2 stars for service - Nice room design, comfy bed, modern bathroom, but service is rather like a 2-star hotel: - There was NO housekeeping during my one-week stay. I learned AFTER checking in that they service the room every 3 days. In reality, they made the bed on day 4 and never showed up again, so no one cleaned the bathroom, & dust was piling up on the floor! - bath towel is so small & thin that it gets soaked quickly. - Reception staff claimed these practices are for environmental reasons… while I fully support hotels that operate sustainably, tidying the bed only ONCE in a week-long stay is NOT about sustainability, and all to do with being cheap! - the heat was almost 30C across common areas & it was impossible to turn it off in the room: hot air pumped non-stop to the point I had a constant cough and injured my lungs! When I asked reception for help, they claimed there is ONE setting across the hotel. Not sure how that is consistent with the hotel’s claim for being sustainable? - Lastly, while most hotels provide mini-fridge, kettle & tea & coffee, MaMaison does not offer those apparently for “safety” reasons. Rather they suggested to buy hot drinks at the bar... so they are just being cheap and trying to milk guests for every penny. While reception staff tried to fix the problems, they had no authority and no means to provide the solution that best meets basic guest expectations; they were very apologetic & admitted the hotel had serious issues.

Our residence is in the Join Pure Stay ecological program and follows ecological guidelines to ensure our guests stay in a safe, non-toxic and energy-efficient environment. As an eco-friendly hotel we clean rooms every third day but refresh towels and empty the room bin on daily basic. We also inform guests upon check in in case they wish any cleaning service to just let us know. Also, housekeeping is not allowed to enter the room if there is Do not disturb sign on the door. As you mentioned, we do not have minibars, coffee&tea in the rooms but there is 24/7 minimarket and lobby bar available. Deluxe rooms are not equipped with refrigerators but you can find fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator in every apartment or studio. We apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused you and hope you will reconsider your next stay with us and give us another chance to provide you with a more satisfactory experience.

Nice modern hotel. Rooms were spacious and breakfast buffet was good. The hotel is a short walk away from main shops with plenty of restaurants near by. The only downside we had was that the rooms were very warm, which is great when you arrive back after exploring the city but not so great when trying to sleep. The control in the room did not seem to have any effect on the temp so we resorted to keeping open the window.

Middelmådigt og på ingen måder 4-stjernet oplevelse. Værelserne havde hverken elkedel, kaffemaskine eller minibar. Der var heller ikke shampoo, balsam eller tandbørste. Morgenmaden var skuffende og hotellet lignede ikke billederne på hjemmesiden. Lokationen var fin.

Clean and modern hotel. Great spa in the basement which although extra cost is very reasonably priced and very clean. Games room was a fun extra touch.

Super hotel
Excellent price on a big room with a separate kitchenette. Good location near two metro stops, and easy walking to downtown. Modern, clean hotel. Good breakfast. Friendly service. I would definitely stay here again.

Das Hotel ist recht modern gehalten. Die Zimmer sind ansprechend. Besonders toll fand ich, dass es auch einen Fitnessraum und auch einen Spielraum mit Billiard, Kicker, Tischtennisplatte etc. gab. Das der Check-Out erst bis 12Uhr erfolgen musste, hat mir ebenfalls gut gefallen.
