Bonito y agradable, cerca del centro.
El hotel es muy agradable, a 15 minutos a pie del centro. El desayuno está muy bien y la habitación, aunque no muy grande, es confortable. Todo con un diseño cuidado pero desenfadado.El personal es amable El peor problema es el párking. Al ir con coche de alquiler y no conocer las medidas ni la matrícula no pude reservar plaza. La opción que te dan es pagar un bono por aparcar en la zona azul de los alrededores, lo que supuso, alguna noche, tener que dar varias vueltas hasta encontrar sitio. Con todo, repetiría sin duda.

As you mentioned, for parking on the street we offer registration of the plate number of the car and parking is anywhere you find the place in zone P2 (Prague 2 - quite big area). Thank you for coming back to our hotel in case of next visit.

Excelente lugar. Perfecto en cuanto a comodidad y diseño. El desayuno buffet es delicioso y el personal es súper amable. Además el precio nos pareció bastante accesible. Lo súper recomiendo!

We had a great time at the Mosaic. We stayed in the room 602, and while it wasn't very spacious, it had a great style, a lot of nice details, an incredible bathroom, a very confortable bed and an amazing balcony with a great view of the city. We've stayed in more luxurious hotels but this is deffinitely our favourite. The staff was incredible helpful and the location is great as well.

Very clean, quiet, bright, nicely decorated hotel with a fun modern vibe. Nice cafe with breakfast, lunch and dinner options, lovely lounge and secret garden area to read, relax, chat with friends over coffee or wine. Staff exceptional - helped with anything I needed, very friendly, eager to help, provided restaurant suggestions, directions, printed documents for me and always made me feel welcome. Nice neighbourhood with lots of restaurants, grocery stores, parks, close to transit and 15 min walk to Old Town. Manager & staff ensured I felt welcome and got any help I needed. Wonderful hotel which I highly recommend. I'll be back for sure.

Amazing hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The bar area is super relaxing, all of the decor touches make a lovely, funky ambience. The room was really comfortable and the shower was superb. It is a short walk from some fantastic restaurants as well as the main tourist attractions. We will definitely come back. We loved the city and the hotel.

Schon allein beim Check-In konnte das Personal des Hotels mit seiner Freundlichkeit punkten. Trotz unserer Überpünktlichkeit mussten wir nur 5 Minuten auf das Beziehen des Hotelzimmers warten. Diese Zeit wurde mit einem kostenlosen Getränk an der Rezeption überbrückt. Das Hotel macht insgesamt einen sehr sauberen Eindruck. Das Hotelzimmer verfügte über jegliche erdenkliche Ausstattung (TV mit Streaming-Abo in verschiedenen Sprachen, Föhn, kostenloses Wasser). Das Bett vermittelte das Gefühl, auf Wolken zu schlafen, und hatte einen sehr angenehmen Geruch. In meiner Vergangenheit konnte ich nie besser über ein Hotel berichten. Man fühlt sich dort wohler als zu Hause. Das Personal ist unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns entschieden nur einmal im Hotel zu Frühstücken, da wir in Prag mehrere Cafés ausprobiert haben, jedoch gebe ich der Erfahrung eine 10/10. ❤️

Stayed at this property 2 days recently and the experience was average at best. While the property is clean, modern, and nice to look at, it has several issues that should be considered when booking this property. One of the main things I disliked about the property was what I took as unfriendliness from some staff members, especially the front desk at check in. Most properties I stay at a “warm welcome” is customary, but this property felt like a “cold welcome”. It made approaching staff at the front desk uncomfortable and asking for recommendations on local attractions feel “bothersome”. The exception to this was the friendliness of the man working the night shift who was happy to help with the couple questions I had. While I had a good room that was modern and graceful to look at, there were a couple issues I didn’t care for. One of my major issues with the room was the shower, which had a “rain drop” shower head. The shower had very weak water pressure and the temperature control had almost no medium, either being too cold or hot. Also a dislike was the bedding, which was not one whole sheet, but rather 2 separate sheets, which made staying covered at night somewhat challenging. Overall the hotel isn’t a bad place to stay in Prague, with a decent breakfast and modern design concept. The hotel isn’t immediately located near some of the more major attractions, so if you’re looking for something close to city center attractions, you may want to reconsider. 3/5 average.

Este hotel é simplesmente perfeito! Amamos a nossa estadia. O quarto era impecável, limpo e com uma decoração muito bacana. Tudo muito moderno, janelas com black-out total, roupas de cama de primeira qualidade. O café da manhã é espetacular!!! No quarto fomos recebidos com uma garrafa de pro-seco! Também no quarto tem uma máquina de nespresso na qual eles repõe diariamente. Na recepção são muito cordiais e atenciosos. No hotel tem academia, SPA e um café/bar com um ambiente super gostoso, inclusive com uma biblioteca. A localização também é ótima. Fizemos tudo a pé. Cerca de 10-15 minutos do centro histórico.

Unser Aufenthalt im Mosaic House Design Hotel in Prag war eine rundum wunderbare Erfahrung, die ich gerne mit einer vollen 5-Sterne-Bewertung würdige. Von dem Moment unserer Ankunft bis zu unserer Abreise waren wir von der Sauberkeit und der ästhetischen Einrichtung des Hotels beeindruckt. Es ist offensichtlich, dass viel Sorgfalt und Aufmerksamkeit in jedes Detail des Designs und der Ausstattung geflossen ist, was unseren Aufenthalt nicht nur komfortabel, sondern auch visuell ansprechend machte. Was dieses Hotel jedoch wirklich von anderen unterscheidet, ist die außergewöhnliche Gastfreundschaft und Freundlichkeit des Personals. Jeder Mitarbeiter, mit dem wir in Kontakt kamen, war überaus zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und stets mit einem Lächeln auf den Lippen. Ihre Bemühungen, unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten, wurden sehr geschätzt und trugen wesentlich zu unserer positiven Erfahrung bei. Insgesamt bietet das Mosaic House Design Hotel in Prag eine perfekte Kombination aus stilvollem Komfort, makelloser Sauberkeit und erstklassigem Service. Ich würde dieses Hotel jedem empfehlen, der Prag besucht und nach einer Unterkunft sucht, die in jeder Hinsicht überzeugt.

Comfy and Quiet
Fabulous hotel within easy walking distance of all the key sights in Prague. Very well equipped rooms, with extremely comfortable beds. The best part for us though was the silence and the darkness! With shutters on the windows, it was almost impossible to know whether it was night or day outside, and the great insulation meant it was also very quiet - best weeks sleep in years 😁

Wir waren total begeistert von diesem Hotel. Es ist bis ins kleinste Detail durchdacht. Sogar der Föhn ist von hoher Qualität und aus dem Duschkopf kommt richtig viel Wasser. Die Zimmer sind sehr gemütlich und die Atmosphäre im Hotel, die Dekoration, die Ausstattung, die Freundlichkeit des Personals und vor allem auch das Frühstück ist der absolute Wahnsinn. Wir wären gerne noch etwas länger geblieben. Von der Lage her ist das Hotel wirklich top. 15 Minuten zur Karlsbrücke zu Fuß, alles was man braucht ist um die Ecke. Wir werden definitiv bei unserer nächsten Park Reise wieder in diesem Hotel übernachten. Hut ab!

Excelente. Destaque para os serviços, equipe competente e pessoas simpáticas e eficientes, incluindo para a equipe de limpeza e arrumação dos quartos. Importante ressaltar as “eco-iniciativas” do hotel como 100% da energia elétrica de fontes recicláveis e 100% bio-gas, bem como a reciclagem de água. Excelente localização, quarto muito bem equipado, muito limpo e confortável. Nota 10.
