Muy bien ubicado. El Staff perfecto! Nos ayudó bastante en información de la Ciudad y en transportes públicos. Pudimos dejar las maletas en consigna el último día. La habitación muy amplia y muy limpia. Sin duda, volvería de nuevo a Icon Hotel.

Solo un pero. En la bañera, al menos en la nuestra, el suelo era muy resbaladizo y muy peligroso. Deberían pegar lagun material anti deslizante.

En general bien pero mi desayuno sin gluten muy pobre, sólo me ofrecían 3 rebanadas de pan. Nada de cereales ni bolleria. Los embutidos a granel y sin saber si eran aptos.

El mejor hotel de todo nuestro viaje en Europa.
Este hotel es maravilloso en todos los sentidos y espero poder volver pronto, desde que uno llega en metro y caminar solo una cuadra y media, te reciben con muy buena atención a diferencia de otros lugares en Europa en los que les da igual si vas o no vas, te explican a detalle todo, te dan consejos de visitas, te acompañan a tu cuarto y te explican todo lo que hay, te reciben con agua y otras cosas, la cama es hecha a mano y muy cómoda, la ropa de cama es fabulosa, una tina super necesaria, tuvimos todo lo necesario para descansar perfecto y seguir con un viaje muy largo. El desayuno incluido es delicioso. Este hotel es un lugar perfecto para llegar por varios días y el costo / beneficio es insuperable. Altamente recomendable.

Céntrico, tranquilo, limpio y muy acogedor.
El hotel es muy bonito y agradable. Está cerca del centro y del metro. La atención por parte del personal del hotel muy buena, el chico que nos recibió nos explicó todo el funcionamiento y nos facilitó un mapa de la ciudad en el que nos recomendó lugares que visitar. El desayuno muy rico y variado, incluso preparan desayuno caliente como tortitas (bueíííisimas), tortilla, etc...agradecer a las dos camareras su amabilidad y en especial a Brita por su ayuda con el idioma, entre otras cosas.

Muy recomendable, precio calidad bueno.
Hotel recomendable sin ninguna duda, cerca de los puntos de interés luego no es necesario utilizar transporte publico. Muy cómodo y silencioso no hay problemas para descansar.

El hotel esta en una calle muy bonita y a distancia a pie de todas las atracciones. El desayuno es excelente y sin un horario tope. El servicio es muy bueno. Y tiene un restaurante de tapas que es excelente, con muy buena atención y deliciosa comida.

I would rebook this place the next time I came back. Any questions, need, or service I had the staff was on top of it. Breakfast was free with a great selection, and the Indian restaurant it was in was also amazing. My only suggestion would be to maybe add some carpet in the rooms. Anytime I heard Mt neighbor come in or leave I could hear them.

Sehr gute Unterkunft und super nettes Personal. Auch ein sehr leckeres Frühstück, zwar mit kleinerer Auswahl aber volkommen ausreichend und man kann sich frisches Rührei, Omlette oder Pancakes kostenfrei zubereiten lassen. Das Zimmer war auch sehr schön. Wir hatten eine Junior Suite zu Dritt. Leider wurde für die dritte Person nur ein einfache Klappbett mit reingeschoben. Fanden wir für eine Junior Suite nicht sehr angemessen und hat den Aufenthaltsraum dadurch stark verkleinert. Das große Doppelbett war super, nur leider hatten wir (drei Freunde) nur ein einziges großes Bettdeck. Alles in Allem aber sehr zu empfehlen und die Lage war war unschlagbar (quasi direkt beim Wenzelplatz).

Lovely big rooms, modern vibe with very helpful staff. My son and I like to use a hotel lounge in the evenings but the Icon lounge is shared with an Indian restaurant which was a little disconcerting - the waiting staff kept asking what we wanted and gave us menus so we felt a little uncomfortable. Everybody was very nice. The room was clean and spacious. You can literally walk everywhere by foot. We came with a dog and it was no problem. We would definitely recommend the hotel.

Die Zimmer sind sind in Ordnung, aber nicht außergewöhnlich gut. Es gibt alles was man braucht. Im Hotel befindet sich ein Spa. Die Lage ist sicherlich der größte Vorteil des Hotels. Nicht weit zum Wenzesplatz und zur Altstadt. Parkhaus gibt es in 400m, was extra bezahlt werden muss.

Lovely hotel
Lovely hotel very conveniently located for the Old Town Square and other parts of Prague. The staff were polite and helpful. The breakfast was nice, small range of freshly cooked eggs and pancakes. Good variety of continental food. The room was large and comfortable.
