Overall this is a good place to stay. It had a lot of people staying there on the night we stayed. Still, it was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was OK - a little depleted by the time we got there but still OK. We would stay there again.

Clean. Was some crazy person with a loud car but after he passed it was quiet. Slept well. Breakfast good.

Decent value. The bed sheets were clean, but the bed spreads were stained. One of the towels was ripped. Breakfast had eggs, waffle maker, bagels and few other options. Good value for $80

Read reviews before staying and don’t understand how they had so many stars. When walking in and down the halls it smells funky. Staff member Jesus was very professional and nice, that was a plus. Only had one other interaction with another staff member who was also very professional and nice. But the rest was awful. We don’t mind if a place isn’t brand new, but it needs to be clean. Walked in our room and the tv was on like someone just had been hanging out in there. The bathroom was disgusting. There were “splatters” in the toilet bowl, a bunch of short, curly hairs all over the shower and tub. A LOT. There also was a huge spider sack on the ceiling that was there while. I added the photo of the spider sack above the desk/tv. I also have never stayed at a hotel before where you could hear all the traffic like the windows were wide open. It’s very loud road noise there. I definitely will never stay there again.

Breakfast was very poor and limited, and they did not refill items even well before the cut off time. The hand sanitizer for the breakfast area was empty. We did not feel the parking area was safe. When checking out, I stood at the desk for several minutes and no one ever came. The facility was old and worn. Wouldn’t recommend.

During a challenging trip to Pueblo, Colorado, for my brother's funeral, Quality Inn provided exceptional support and comfort. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, always ready to assist with a genuine warmth that made our stay more manageable. The indoor pool was a welcome retreat, especially in the cold weather, offering a moment of relaxation amidst difficult circumstances. The cleanliness and overall quality of the accommodations were impressive, leaving no room for complaint. In a time of grief, their care and attention meant the world to us. We cannot thank Quality Inn enough for their outstanding service during such a trying period. Highly recommended.

I don't know if I was given the most dirty and stinky room because I used Expedia to book but the staff certainly mentioned that I booked through Expedia. Immediately walking in the room there was a strong unpleasant odor, had I not been so tired from driving, I would have just preferred to sleep in my vehicle. The carpet had a large and very noticeable dark stain, two of the pillows stunk, the bedding had stains, there was what looked like dried poop finger smear by the light switch to the bathroom and near the bathroom trashcan. There was also a dried blood smear just above the bathroom trashcan as if a female threw a sanitary product and hit the wall before it went in the trash. Besides the carpet having the large dark stain there were other stains, it looked dirty as in don't walk without shoes. The place had homeless in the back and the parking is dark. One of the exits from the parking lot had a deep pothole. This place is definitely not a place to stay for a family nor anyone going alone. I would never recommend this to anyone. I hope that Expedia cuts all ties with this particular place because I believe that as customers, we should expect quality businesses.

The upkeep and offerings of the hotel have declined since it became a Quality Inn instead of Comfort Inn. It seems a bit run down and no longer offers cable tv. The staff was very nice, but seemed overwhelmed. I will stay at another hotel the next time I have to stay overnight.

I am confused by the note about the tv as all of our room do have Cable TV in them. Hopefully you will give us an other chance in the future.

Location was good. I didn’t like the carpet was dirty and the curtains were dirty. The shower head leaked, but worked.

When I checked in, Rbean made me feel welcome and was very personable. I spoke with a couple staff members later and they were very pleasant. My room was in greatshape very comfortable.
