No tv despite listing one. Bedding and towels paper thin, no door curtains and useless window curtains, no hangers or hooks, shower dirty and outer double glazed door had a huge gap.

Tv do not work. Very good breakfast. Near to a shop where we rented bikes. Good restaurants around. Some noise in the morning due to some restauration work. For the price we paid was ok.

Muy buen hotel!
Este hotel esta bien ubicado cerca al centro. Las habitaciones son amplias y limpias y el servicio de limpieza es fenomenal. Volveria sin duda!

El lugar estuvo bien, amplio, limpio, cómodo, cerca del centro, un poco desorganizado ya que al llegar no sabian de nuestra llegada ni reserva eso solamente por lo demás bien.

We had a great stay and I would recommend this place to anyone. The only worry I had was a very slippery bathroom floor and a bath mat would have helped.

El paraiso for three nights
stayed at El Paraiso for 3N/4D it was in a great location, with a nice breakfast included on the terrace, the room was large and good for bare bones expectations + had a great A/C.

Two night stay
This hotel was perfect. Not sure how you could give it a negative review. Super friendly service by staff. A short walk to the coast and main restaurant area. An awesome price for a hotel compared to the others around! Even packed us breakfast for when we had to leave so early for our ferry out. Thanks for an awesome stay!

Mooie schone kamer en badkamer. Fijn om een airco te hebben. Er staat ook advertenties over een tv, maar op het moment dat wij waren, was er geen signaal.. nu komen we niet voor de tv natuurlijk, maar toch.

田舎ののんびりしたホステル。
部屋はホテル情報より広かったが、ベッドの上掛けがペラペラのシーツ1枚だけにビックリ！ ホテルフロントに誰もいないことが多いが、隣(同じ建物)で経営しているスーパーのレジに言えば、対応してくれる。部屋のトイレットペーパーが無くなった時は、商品をくれた(笑) 屋上でいただく朝食は、気持ち良かった。コーヒーにミルクをお願いすると、ホットミルクとインスタントコーヒーの瓶が来たのには驚いた。 近くにレンタサイクルの店があるので利用した。 英語はあまり通用しない。 wifはフロント近くでないと繋がらない。

The room was barely passable but adequately clean; very rude, inattentive staff; terrible breakfast -- got food poisoning; obvious discrimination against non-Spanish speakers -- smaller breakfast portions, no replacement of linens/towels/toiletries; continuously running out of drinking water; would never stay there again. Actually, Isabella island is not really worth the money/effort/trouble to visit in the first place -- officials demand USD20 from each pax upon disembarking from cramped, dangerous boats; most of the Galapagos is now geared toward the 1% super-rich -- if you are not one of them and don't want to be abused at every turn, you better stay away and, instead, visit places that still respect budget travelers and backpackers!!

O hotel é maravilhoso, tudo novinho e impecável, quarto grande e bem arejado com sacada, bom ar condicionado, bom café da manhã, tem frigobar, água a disposição em uma bombona nos andares fria e quente, tem um mercadinho no térreo, a localização tbm é muito boa, muito atenciosos. O dono do hotel nos levou de madrugada para o porto, muito amável e gentil.

Nice hotel with large rooms in Isabela. Staff was friendly and breakfast is included good. It's really good what you get for the price. They have free drinking water as-well and a store where you get everythibg you need is on the first floor of the hotel.

Such a nice stay at Paraiso de Isabela! The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a mini fridge and a small porch. Very clean, free filtered water available, and good breakfast on a nice third floor porch! Location is great, lots of stuff walking distance and there’s a mini market attached to the hotel which is super convenient. The owners are so kind, they even drove us to the port for a 5:30 AM ferry. My only complaint is it can be a little noisy. Still definitely recommend!

Decent hotel
The hotel had overbooked their rooms which I had previously read in a review that it happened before. Fortunately, they were able to accommodate us anyway but in another hotel for 1 night. It was just up the road, bit annoying but the other hotel was actually pretty nice. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay for the price. Breakfast was actually pretty good. Juice, bread and eggs. The room we were eventually given was spacious but the Aircon didn't really work and it was hot, it was also in a stupid place in the room. Free water though on each floor. WiFi sucked.

We were totally happy with this hotel, AC was essential and working nicely. There is a little shop in the same building which is very convenient. One suggestion for the future: Please, hotel managers, extend breakfast times! These are currently 7-8 am, only, which is too late when going on a tour, which usually start around 6 am, and too early on holiday mornings without a tour ;-)

The room was very clean but came with no blankets only one sheet on bed and the tv doesn’t work. When we asked about it he said no they don’t work even though they advertise TVs. The price of the room went up during the process of booking it!!!

The people were so sweet and helpful. My friend and I missed breakfast and so they let us pick some things from the store, free of charge. Also, on the day that we checked out we had to be at the ferry at 530 am and the hotel owner took us there himself, also free of charge and provided us with a breakfast to go. Wonderful facilities, very clean and amazing staff! Also, nice hot showers and purified water! Yay!

Hotel was okay, cable didn't work, the a/c didn't work, the room was a little dirty but not disgusting. Big cracks in doors where heat comes in room. Good location. I recommend.

Hotel room was very nice and clean, However there was no TV service. One night around 1:00 AM somebody was knocking on the each room door. That was a scary. Next morning mentioned it to night duty person. However he said the he did not hear anything, even though the banging on door was very loud..I assumed either he was not there or was fast a sleep.

Good location, away from noise. Clean hotel, comfortable and good value for your money. They also have a tour agency and easily arranged tours at very good prices. Spoke good English - which is hard to find and hire bikes too. We were very happy with the hotel

Do not trust! Did not honour reservation!
Booked and pre-paid reservation. Hotel said it was full and pointed us down the street. No help. No appologies. Just left us standing on the curb.
