I liked the modern comfort of the bed, however the room was really cramped for a 5 star hotel. And they had difficulty finding Expedia reservations.

After using public restrooms in the area, the toilet was one of the best parts of the room. With a bun warmer and bidet I felt pretty fancy.

リゾートホテルっぽい感じではあるが評価ほど高くないと思う。やはり海南島のリゾートホテルと比べるとレベルが違いすぎる。中国人ファミリーにはいいかもしれないが外国人は市内のウエスティンやシャングリラの方が良い。朝ご飯も洋食はほとんどない。

가족여행으로 좋은 호텔.
가족여행 2박 머물렀음. 바다가 보이는 전망. 직원들 서비스가 좋음. 온천수처럼 뜨거운 물과 수압이 세서 샤워하기 너무 좋았음. 주변에 먹을건 없어서 차로 나가야 됨. 지하 키즈카페에서 아이들 놀기 좋음.

Much more than That Happy Wedding Hotel
Fantastic! Although I jokingly call this the happy wedding Hotel, because they specialize in large wedding groups, this was a fantastic experience, and the staff and amenities of this hotel are over the top. Really really really great experience. I will stay there again on my next trip over.

lovely view. Tidy. Great Staff.
The location is about 40 mins taxi from Airport. They can arrange driver at 200 RMB fee. Sea view room was lovely. Be sure to ask for non smoking as they do have them. Nice place.

設備は新しくないですが、ホテル従業員の方の接客や態度はかなり満足のできるものでした。 が、英語を話せるスタッフが少なく、コミュニケーションが難しいと感じる部分もありました。

Hotels.com 에서 예약 하면 바닷가 방은 비수기 나 손님이 없으면 몰라도 배정받기 어려웠습니다. 하지만 방이 넓고, 편리했어요...4인 가족이라 화장실 이 두개였던 점도 마음에 들었구요... 직원들 은 너무 친절해서 나중에는 조금 불편할 정도로 친철했네요... 청소상태가 조금더 깨끗했으면 하는 바램입니다. 너무 친절한 호텔 다음에 또 가고 싶네요~

Extremely good services and warm and friendly staf
Very good service!! Staff was warm, friendly and helpful. The free hotel shuttle services (airport-hotel) with personal pick up from airport were very good and punctual. I was amazed to receive a reply email from hotel within 10 minutes after I sent out my enquiry email to book airport pick up to hotel on the date of my arrival. During our stay, we were amazed (a warm and happy surprise) to be treated with chrysanthemum tea (at the breakfast restaurant), red dates tea, yellow cucumbers, etc. because the housekeeping people noted we had sore-throat sweets/ infection tablets in the room! The best services we've enjoyed in a hotel so far (particularly when we did not book a suite, just an executive double)!!

위치를 제외하면 모든게 만족
한국어를 전담하는 직원이 과할정도로 친절해 다른 기타 불만을 다 덮어줄 만큼이었다. 다소 낙후된 위치를 제외한다면 이호텔은 친절하나만으로도 매우만족. 외출후 방안에 작은 인형과함께 편지까지 남겨주는 서비스는 감동이었음. 마치 가족과같은 취급을 받는듯 할정도. 마지막날 수영장을 이용하고, 공항까지 무료로 환송해주는 서비스까지 최고였음! 호텔객실내의 청결만 신경쓴다면 모든게 감동
