“The home was in a good location and quiet neighborhood. It was close to the main thoroughfare running through Rock Island, Moline and East Moline. Good parking for several cars, nice seating areas outside, two ample sized bedrooms, adequate bathroom, nice kitchen with extras left in the refrigerator.”

“The extended family has outgrown my parents farm house. We booked here to get enough beds for everyone, now that the kids are older and less interested in sleeping on the floor. The cabin was awesome - great secluded little spot amongst some ponds on a great piece of ground. We immediately booked it for another visit while we were eating breakfast that first morning. Communication was great, absolutely fit the bill for our needs.”

“Very nice home, plenty of space for 6 of us. Maybe the squeakiest bed I've ever tried sleeping on. Nice quiet neighborhood with easy access to the TBK complex and its amenities.”

“Celebrated 50 years married with family here. Spacious accommodations, nice scenery, fun game room. A place for everyone to sleep, nice and ample dining areas, plenty of room in the kitchen. Kitchen was missing some everyday items like pot holders and a colander. Went and purchased what we needed and added to inventory. Such a minor negative for all the great times we had in this house. Family time is the best time. Thanks.”

“A friend and I came into Davenport to photograph eagles on/near the Mississippi River. This location was central to everywhere we wanted to go. Upon arrival, the property was clean and well kept. We stayed for 5 nights, and cooked meals in the house 4 of those days. The kitchen was well equipped with Ninja pans, air fryer, keurig coffee maker, blender, etc. The beds were very comfortable for our stay as well. When we had questions, the host was easy to reach for answers. The only thing I would...

“This home has a wonderful enclosed front porch overlooking the Mississippi. We watched an eagle catch a fish right in front of us, and enjoyed the barge traffic going by. We also had spectacular sunrises while there. This home has PLENTY of room for a group. The only downside - the freight trains going through feet from the back of the home in the middle of the night blowing their horn. This woke us up at least 3 times a night.”

“This was such a unique and wonderful property! I was able to bring my whole family and their spouses to Davenport to visit my oldest child and his wife and my first grandchild to spend the weekend to celebrate our Christmas! This home has EVERYTHING you would need! Plenty of space to be together or spread out. I definitely will be back during warmer months to take advantage of the wonderful outside areas! “This place was great! Lots of unique little corks, from the retro radio and throw back Nintendo to the full game room/bar downstairs. This place saved my friends and I a lot of money, it didn’t feel like we needed to go out on the town after our round of golf at Deer Run. I was happy to see any suggestions that other guests had for the owners did not go unnoticed. The owners had taken care of all of them. Thanks for a great place to stay and the best memories made!”

“This house is wonderful. The location is great. You can walk to a lot of places and it is very safe. It’s a short trip to anywhere in town and the house is great. I highly recommend this property.”

“We stayed a couple days because of a family event in the area and enjoyed our stay. The view of the river was nice and there is a walking/biking/running path from the house to a park and beyond that runs along the river that we enjoyed. Also, the Brothers restaurant down the street had great food.”

“We stayed at the property so we could visit family for Christmas. It was our first time renting a VRBO and we absolutely loved it. The home was very welcoming, clean and homey. We have 4 children and the space was perfect for them. They loved the bags set on the indoor porch and darts in the indoor bar area. Owners provided everything we needed during our stay. We are already looking forward to staying here again in the summer to enjoy the beautiful outdoor area!”
