Regarding the landline, it is an issue we are currently working on and hope to be able to resolve it as soon as possible. As for the bed, our mattresses are indeed known to be soft. Rest assured that by informing us, our housekeeping team will be happy to place an extra layer on top of the mattress to make it more comfortable and match your likings. We will certainly take notes of the other suggestions you have made. We constantly work on improving our services and accommodation and can only do so with the feedback of our guests.We are sincerely sorry about the server's reaction at the breakfast.
