“This property exceeded my expectations! The condo itself is cozy, well maintained, and very clean. We *thought* we had an issue with the toilet (false alarm) and Geralyn had someone there to take a look within 20 minutes. Everyone is so friendly and helpful-such a pleasure! The pool is well maintained, warm, and inviting! However-as mentioned in another’s review-you will catch a whiff of septic every now and again. It’s not from the pool or pool restrooms. “Location was awesome. So close to the market, ATM, so many places to eat and drink, pickup for tours. House itself was quaint, kitchen was very useable. Really enjoyed the music/music videos on tv....nonstop 00s jams haha. Porch was great for sunsets, yoga, and chillin. Bed was comfy. Was in the pool at least once a day. “I loved this place. The host was amazingly responsive and the apartment was BIG. Felt more like staying in a small villa. Plenty of towels, amazing pool (complete with monkeys!!!), quiet and very small complex, lush green surroundings, and right between Quepos and Manuel Antonio. The bus also stops just at the end of the road (maybe 50 yards from the apartment at MOST) which is very convenient. Great for families! I will make this my go-to spot for Manuel Antonio. Highly recommend.”

“This two bedroom unit is basically brand new. Beds were very comfortable. AC worked like a champ in both bedrooms and living area.This is minutes to the beach and very close to all the restaurants. The outside shower is a great touch for getting off the beach before going in. Great Value and I will stay there again.”

“We loved the villa we stayed in. The property manager was very quick to reply and they made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. We saw lots of lizards, monkeys and even a sloth. We would definitely stay again in the future. Everyone was very friendly. The only issue was getting through the gate our first night because we didn’t know Spanish, but we arrived much later than we expected. The security guards were very friendly during our stay as well. “This property is a gem. Pictures do not do the place justice. The location is great and felt safe, very walkable to many good restaurants and supermarkets. My kids really enjoyed the pool. Joshua the host was very responsive and helped us book a tour and allowed for an earlier check in! Would happily stay here again if we are back in town. For those travelling with younger kids, the apartment does get a lot of light, and they woke up at 6 every day.”
