La propietaria del hotel muy grosera, no sabe tratar a los huéspedes, lo contrario del personal del limpieza que fue muy amable.

Estimado señor lamentamos mucho su comportamiento personalmente fui víctima de sus groserías y falta de respeto solamente por tratar de explicarle que en la tarifa que le da expedia si usted es ciudadano ecuatoriano TIENE QUE PAGAR EL 12% DE IVA, y usted se nego a pagar y peor aún que le indique en que parte expedia indica claramente este particular.. también vemos que cumplió con la amenaza de ponernos un mal comentario acusandonos que el pago del iva se trataba de una viveza nuestra ... sabemos que expedia le mando capturas de pantalla donde indica clamaramemte este valor a pagar pero lo más fácil es buscar culpables y no asumir responsabilidades.

No es lo que publican...
El hotel es bonito, sin embargo el servicio que nos dio la dueña fue muy pobre, en primer lugar NO tienen recepción las 24 horas (que así lo marca la publicidad); yo tenía reserva llegue y no había nadie, el lugar estaba cerrado, llame y me dijeron que como no había avisado en que vuelo llegaba no sabían si llegaría o no? Yo llegue por tierra, mía culpa. En segundo lugar NO aceptan tarjetas de crédito (que así lo marca la publicidad) a lo que la dueña me retó a que se lo demostrara y usando su propia computadora se lo demostré simulando una reserva en hoteles.com y la única explicación fue que era un error, en la recepción estaba otra pareja con el mismo problema, la mujer fue desafiante y su trato era malhumorado, así que espero que corrijan su publicidad ( Según ella nada era su culpa) que diga que NO aceptan tarjetas de crédito y que NO es recepción las 24 horas ya que tienes que avisar a que hora y en que medio de transporte estarás llegando.

Lovely peaceful place. We arrive late from airport and were garateful for such a place to unwind. We had to leave in the morning to fly off to the Amazon. We were given a hearty breakfast and transported to the airport I would for sure stsy her agsin

The owner came and picked me up at the airport and she speaks a lot of English which is great because my Spanish isn't so good! I didn't even know there was a pool until I got here so that was a big bonus but everything about the experience was great. The breakfast was delicious the bed was comfortable and the host could not have been any nicer :-)

I stay here every time I transit through Quito. They pick me up and return me to the airport on time. The rooms are very nice and grounds beautiful. I highly recommend this BandB!

Great stay! The room was really nice, and the staff were amazing at organising airport transfers and tours. The food was really good too. Definately recommend for a nice relaxing place to stay close to the airport

A great stay!
If you are looking for a 5 star stay, this is not it. That said, we loved our stay. The owner could not have been more accommodating and friendly. We will definitely stay here again.

Check in war nicht möglich, ich habe an der Forte lange geklingelt und im Hotel angerufen und es hat niemand aufgemacht. Ich musste dann mitten in der Nacht ein anderes Hotel suchen. Ansonsten ist das Hotel gut eingerichtet, auch wenn einige Dinge wie Klimaanlage oder Zeit fehlen.

Dear passenger, when you told us about this, we told you that you must ring the door for a person from the hotel to open it... for security we work that way... you indicate that at 2 in the morning no one opened the door for you door I'm sorry to tell you that no one rang the door at that time, possibly they did it in another hotel.

Great Service!
We got in late and had to leave early for a flight. We had no time or ability to get food and the manager made as a little dinner/snack so we woulnd't be hungry. They definitely went the extra mile for us and we are very thrilled about the service!

This place was perfect. Small, clean, quiet, comfortable, and close to the airport for our 7a flight. An Uber into the city only cost us $15 and was about 35-40 mins., which we enjoyed to decompress from the city. The best part was breakfast—freshly squeezed juice of a fruit we didn’t even recognize, yogurt with fruit, and a grilled cheese with a side poached egg to dip it in, which you got to have poolside in their lovely enclosed glass patio. I would highly recommend this place!

This property is amazing! The grounds are beautiful and breakfast is amazing. We arranged a shuttle pick-up from the airport and it was perfect, especially since we had a late arrival. Highly recommend!!

Very nice and affordable place to stay near the Quito airport. Quieter than the fancier hotels next to the airport, with helpful staff. A nice breakfast is included too. I will definitely be back.

Fernando is the best!!!!
Fernando picked me up from the airport right on time. The gardens at Quinta la Constanza are beautiful, the rooms are very nice and the people are exceptionally friendly. We ordered pizza which was delivered and beer and coke are available on site. I will definitely stay here again.
