La atención de Laura es lo mejor y en general de todo el personal. Pero en particular Laura es de lo más atenta, antes de llegar al hotel se comunica contigo, para darte las indicaciones de cómo estacionarte y llegar al hotel. Y ya en el hotel te dará recomendaciones de que visitar y donde comer. En lo personal le agradezco lo atenta que fue conmigo. Las habitaciones y en general el hotel es muy acogedor.

Lovely BnB but There was no one there during check in. We were given instructions on how to get there through WhatsApp and it was a difficult place to find that took us over an hour of running through alleys and up huge flights of steps trying to find it. Our rooms were nice but hardly any plug ins for devices and the WIFI would not work in our upstairs rooms. The breakfast buffet was huge and very delicious. Not a good location if you have limited mobility.

The B&B is lovely. You are inside the side of the mountain. The host was very clear in her messages and helpful with instructions how to get into the B&B . She told us to use google map to get from the parking lot to the B&B . But , It sent us by way of steep multitude of steps . Very very difficult with luggage . The person told us a better way back with luggage to the car, there will still steps but mostly road . Breakfast was excellent and the person arranging it was delightful to talk to and was helpful with some ideas . January is the coldest month here and most places was shut down . Very few people walking around

Good location but service seems problematic
Major issue with check in... contradictory information about check in time... documented as 16:00 at property stated as 15:00. Nobody at property to let us in... waited til 16:00, then 17:00 (not what you want when arriving somewhere new). Worry & panic starts to set in... checking dates etc...Finally had help from a local who managed to make phone contact (to owner?). Who merely said there was a key lock to use & provided code to get in. This would have been great if we'd been told prior to our arrival or by an explicit notice somewhere!

This is a very special Hotel. The location is great for walking to everything within 10 minutes. Ragusa Ibla is a walking community. You can not really have your car in Ragusa Ilba, but there is a convenient pay parking lot just below the property, reasonable 10eu per day. You will need to carry your bags up several steps, but once at the hotel it is an oasis with beautiful views, great in room amenities and the best breakfast ever. The room we had was large with great bed and nice bathroom. Lots of fresh home made local products for breakfast. They even did our laundry. I would highly recommend a stay here. It is perfect for couples.

We loved our stay here. Rooms were comfortable, nicely decorated, and very clean. Breakfast was great and the service was very friendly. Location was perfect. Marco provides all-around service. Not only was the B&B excellent but his restaurant, Osteria Imperfetta, was outstanding as well.

The nicest place we stayed in Sicily.
This place was the nicest place we stayed in Sicily. Absolutely beautiful with the stone walls and beautiful view. It was also had a nice large shower. The bed and pillows were comfortable - firm but not as hard as others we had in Sicily. Marco was an excellent host. He picked us up at the parking area and drove us up to the B&B. We were also served a lovely breakfast in the quaint dining area. Marco also recommend a fantastic restaurant where he works ( osteria imperfetta) and we liked it so much we went back for a second time. The food was amazing. My only regret was that we were not able to stay longer. I loved everything about Sabbinirica. I would definitely stay here again.

The property was fabulous in every way. Charming and comfortable large room with beautiful antique pieces. Special use of the interior space for sitting room and breakfast room, and also special treat was outdoor seating for breakfast with spectacular Ragusa view! And just amazing dinner and view at Marco's restaurant. If you choose to go, Osteria Imperfect. Excellent!!!

A very unique accommodation carved into natural stone made this a very special place. Breakfast was good with many options of pastries, yogurt, meat & cheeses, hard boiled eggs, cereals etc. Central location in old town but still quiet. Marco was very accommodating and made excellent dining recommendations. We loved this property and would definitely recommend it. There are steep stairs up to the property so it is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues.( it is a hillside town!)

We really enjoyed our stay - our rooms were pretty, interesting (never stayed in a room that backed up to a cave before) and comfortable. Everything we could possibly need was provided and the women at the front desk were friendly, helpful and accommodating. Glad we chose this place for two nights in Ragusa Ibla!

This is a beautiful property preserved in the heritage tradition. It is in walking distance to the main attractions. Beds are comfortable and the property is in excellent condition. The warning would be for older people sometimes a taxi drops you at the bottom of a narrow street so it is quite a drag up hill with bags. There are steep stairs to the beautiful breakfast room.

Best stay, in all of Italy ! A true gem
What a gem ! We travelled for 30 days in Italy, staying in 14 different properties, and Sabbinirica was by far our favourite . From start to end the experience was exceptional. Laura was very communicative prior to our arrival, insuring we knew where the free parking was located. We were travelling with a fair bit of luggage and she organized a taxi to get us from the parking, to the B and B ( highly recommend the taxi, it made arriving after a long travel day so easy) We arrived prior to checkin hours, very clear instructions were given on self checkin on arrival. The moment you enter the property your eye is drawn to the love and attention given to this property. Beautiful architectural design and details are everywhere. Our room was so beautiful . Spacious room, large bedroom suite area, with chairs to sit on, comfy bed, tea/coffee amenities in room. Extra large bathroom. Beautiful view from the small balcony. Quality linens , and beautifully painted ceiling. Really made us feel like we were somewhere special. Breakfast was ample with a variety to suite everyones tastes. The hosts were so warm and kind... I highly recommend this property, it really is a special place to stay.

The hostesses were wonderful. The room was unique. Getting there was difficult for us. Dragging a suitcase up and down steps and cobble stone roads was a challenge. The B and B was unique and pleasant!! The town is on the mountain side.

First class hospitality in lovely Ragusa
Simply the best place we stayed at in Sicily! Not only were Laura and Tiziana friendly and efficient in handling our booking and arranging transport from the train to their lovely hotel, Laura went out of her way to help us and even made delicious gluten free cakes for breakfast. Each morning there was a great spread of homemade cake, jams, yoghurt, eggs and terrific coffee. Sabbinirica was a brilliant find - first class hospitality, immaculate character-filled rooms made it the perfect base to explore the winding streets of Ragusa.

Outstanding! If you get the opportunity to stay here, don't miss out!!! This has to be one of the best boutique hotels in Ragusa, if not Sicily. This very unique hotel is full of character, in an idyllic location, spotlessly clean, very comfortable and reasonably priced. The complimentary breakfast is also amazing! I loved the nice selection of local cheeses, salami, olives, sun dried tomatoes, breads, baked goods, homemade jams and honey, juices, coffee and more! The view from the outside terrace while enjoying breakfast is also perfect. Laura's hospitality was also exceptional and very much appreciated! I hope to be back someday soon.

Très bien situé; très gentil accueil et bons conseils de Laura et Tiziana; excellent petit déjeuner; chambres de caractère dans de vieilles pierres. Accès uniquement piéton; il est possible de déposer ou reprendre des bagages à proximité (< 100m) mais c'est "sportif" (petite voiture impérativement): ruelle très étroite et angles droits, arrêt très très bref avec le chauffeur au volant... mais le gîte est si charmant!

Komfortabel und super Lage
Ein schönes, rustikales Zimmer. Vor allem auch das Badezimmer ist sehr gut gelungen. Auch das Bett ist komfortabel. Die Lage ist perfekt, um Ragusa zu entdecken.

Perfect place!
It was wonderful place. The whole room made us feel like that we were in a cave. Nightview from the room was also good. Waking distance from the main area. Very good breakfast. Note that you need to go up steep steps from a free parking place.

Excellent, charming property.
Absolutely loved this property. So charming, great location, great breakfast. Hostess were so accommodating in suggesting and helping get reservations. Would definitely stay here again. Ragusa was my favorite city and having a great place to stay made it all the better.

Charming, cozy property, centrally located.
Charming B&B. Loved the location. Comfortable, cozy with nice bathroom and nice linens Breakfasts were amazing with garden fresh tomatoes and selection of pastries. Hostess was very helpful in suggesting and booking restaurants.

Belle maison d'hôtes, restaurée avec goût, de belles confortables avec une belle vue sur Ragusa Superior, très bien situé dans Ibla. Salle d'eau fonctionnelle et spacieuse. Excellent petit déjeuner (goûtez les confitures et yaourts maison). Un service compétent et agréable

Beautiful Hotel with incredible views.

Fantastico!
La struttura è tipica di Ibla, anticamente ricavata dalla roccia e ristrutturata nei minimi particolari dai proprietari con un gusto davvero eccellente! Nulla è lasciato al caso, neppure il piccolo negozietto ricavato con oggetti affascinanti! La camera N2, dove abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti era pulita e confortevole, con vista sulla città. Il personale cortese e disponibile, ci è venuto incontro facendo un check in posticipato. Si trova a 10 minuti a piedi sia dal centro di Ibla che dal parcheggio comunale. Colazione superlativa: spazia dal dolce al salato con tutti i prodotti tipici ed oltre. Davvero consigliato!

サービスや雰囲気は良いが、、、
部屋の雰囲気やスタッフのサービスは非常に良かったが、ホテルは車が入れないところに位置している為にそこまでのアプローチは坂道や長い階段を経由するしかないので大きな荷物を持っている人は行き着くのがかなり大変。スーツケースで旅行している人にはオススメしない。

I don't think so, and this is why guests come from all over the world to visit our beauties. It would be better, before booking, to inquire about the conditions of the cities to visit.
