OMG this is the worse place I ever have stayed the floor dirty plenty of cockroaches and bed bugs and l pay for a room in a non smoker zone and The smell of cigarette didn't even let me breathe, I couldn't even sleep in that place. I Did an early check out and found other place to stay.

No lo recomiendo la verdad a garre cuarto para no fumadores y apesta mucho a cigarro y te dicen que el desayuno incluido pero la verdad que no ay ningún desayuno 👎 no volvería a este lugar

La chica de recepción el último día muy poco muy poco amigable. Poco educada. El lugar donde uno se pudiera sentar lo cerraban con una banda señal de que estaba prohibido. Al preguntar si uno se podría sentar ahí. Le te respondían: Por cuánto tiempo!!?? No tienen consierge para dejar encargado el equipaje Poca actitud de servicio de la chica de recepción

Room had smoking smell and we need to take staircase as elevator was out of order. There was smell of urine on staircase where people were smoking. Booking showed break fast included but it's deceiving information as there was only coffee with small packet of muffin.

Elevator was out and im handicap with 2 knee replacement and had to walk the stairs & still pay full price with a 40 cash deposit.

Terrible! Hallways were filthy, elevator was broke. I walked in my bathroom and there were roaches running across the floor. I didn’t even stay ten minutes, I left immediately after i saw the bugs. I’m still waiting on my refund.

The first room she put us in smelled like someone had a urinating contest on who could urinate the most on the floor. We asked for a different room hoping it would be much better than the last. Thankfully it was another room available and they switched our room to the smokers room. The cigarette smell was in the sheets, the walls, and the air. There was no shower curtain and I’m sure they didn’t do much cleaning. Don’t book unless it’s your last choice.

Don’t do it
The elevator was broken. Stairwell had open food containers puke and other trash. Doors were held open with trash They had to have a cop onsite. Smoke and w—d smell everywhere. The sink was broken. Our room smelled. We were desperate to sleep is the only reason we stayed.

Decent place but needs upkeep!
This is a convenient and decent place to stay but it needs some upkeep and maintenance. The elevator has been broken for months and that is very inconvenient disabled individuals. The AC barely worked so I had to go buy fans. When shinging a flashlight through the AC grill you can see that it hasn't been cleaned in years because it's furry and black so it is probably blowing mold spores which is probably why our allergies go crazy there and we wake up with blazing headaches.
